They have always been polite and have the best prices in town. The 2 gals in office are friendly and courteous.

Honestly, the only reason I left a good review last time is because they pay you $15 off rent to do so. Pretty sure that's illegal. It's an awful place to rent from. I've gotten so much dust in my unit that many items are damaged (it's been about 2 years). That would not be an issue if they replaced the seals, which I found out at Extraspace Storage. They're just... I always have billing issues, their website is awful, there's no customer service number available outside of their hours so if you get there at 6 on a Sunday and you need help there's nothing to do but wait until Monday. It's pretty awful and I would have moved out much sooner if logistics to do so we're easier. I don't know to respond to Tina, so adding here. Yes normal dust is expected, but there was an absurd amount of dust that damaged a lot of my stuff and your response reminded me I took photos of the ceiling to illustrate the type of damage that is possible from storing here. I wouldn't recommend anyone keep stuff here at all because it's so likely to get damaged. No one ever contacted me about fixing the floor until I mentioned the issue again letting you know I'm moving out. I am moving out to Extra Space Storage where I previously kept stuff and had 0 issues. If you care about people being to maintain their valuable and heirlooms, you'll do something to make these storage spaces more hospitable rather than just tripling rent and incentivizing people to leave reviews I suppose in places that don't violate TOS but are clearly skewing the results. read more

My sister who was in a horrible situation where she needed to put her things in storage had a storage here until things started going missing suddenly out of her storage so we set up a camera and low and behold the manager Matt was the one opening her unit when she was not there anymore. Needless to say we took her belongings and left. Below I provided a photo I took the day we pulled her belongings out showing him rummaging through someone else's storage. So we're not the only ones. Stopped by on my way home from work on a Friday night. Brett helped me and was awesome. Showed me a couple units, picked out the one I wanted, did the paperwork and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Space I picked is huge! Very reasonably priced. I have had to use storage units about 4 to 5 times in the last 10 years. I will not name the units that I used before I found the best one in Ceres. The first one that I used was a good size, but when I went to empty it out my stuff was so dirty, and the dust was about an inch thick, and there were mouse droppings, it was on Herndon. Yuk. Never went there again. The next ones that I used had about the same result. One even had units broken into and stuff stolen, but to be fair it is under new management. Mine was one broken into too. A horrible experience. Then I decided to use the one my husband had used for about 3 yr, because when he went to empty it out, I was shocked from my experience with storage units. Everything looked like someone had gone in every month and dusted and swept it up. It was spotless. Didn't need to dust or clean anything. WOW. Well a year ago in Nov 2014, I needed a unit again and I went to the storage unit that my husband had used. SECURITY PUBLIC STORAGE IN Ceres in DALE COURT OFF OF MITCHELL RD, not far from Whitmore ave. When I went to check my unit at Public Storage about a year later I had the same result as my husband. It was clean, no dust and very secure. The manager Brett is very nice, helpful, and takes the time helping you to get a unit to fit your needs.
