Dr. Wakter has rescued me on several painful occasions.  On one case, his immediate intervention allowed me to proceed with urgent cancer surgery a few days later. Krystal and Candice make everyone feel genuinely welcome. They prepare and submit all the forms for quick insurance claims. They even check in at home,  after extensive dental proceedures, to make sure I'm ok.  Awwww. Candice helps patients by showing relaxing animal videos to distract while getting frozen or when she is taking XRays. Brenda makes getting your teeth cleaned a happy event.  I've never had more fun being "picked on" and always leave with shiny white teeth. If you are in the market for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Wakter and his amazing staff.  You won't regret it.

Other dentists have been a disaster. Dr. Walters had solutions to all of my problems and the training and technology to make it happen. When I needed to get cavities replaced he knew to shrink the nerve first before putting on a permanent filling. My previous dentist did not and I ended up with a root canal. Dr Walters had a simple modern appliance for my teeth grinding, my previous dentists wanted to sell me a complicated 'old' style appliance. As a result of all of my experience with Dr. Walters, he's the only dentist I've ever trusted 100%.

Note there is not parking, if you must come via driving, plan ahead to give yourself time to find street parking. Otherwise taking the public transit buses is the best way to get here. The place is very clean and tidy, and making an appointment with Shannon was super easy, she is very responsive to phone text correspondence. I had an appointment with her a week ahead but was able to get on her schedule several days in advance due to phone texting that one of her prior appts had cancelled.
