Now that we've both had some terrible issues (including problems caused by previous dentists) fixed by Dr Polonsky we both agree she's a godsend. Dr Polonsky is honest and direct without being patronising or judgmental. She is 100% focused on her work, and I trust her - which has resulted in my mother and I becoming so much more confident in addressing dental issues. Dr Polonsky is sympathetic and understanding, but when it's time to get the work done she's focused on getting things done right. Her assistant (Mimi) takes care of the bedside manner/comforting part of the treatment which works GREAT. So far, this clinic has provided me with the only dental experience I've ever had that wasn't followed by complications.

The receptionist is positively fabulous. She has a positive attitude, always greets me with a smile, and is a whiz with insurance processing. Dr. Kassis is an excellent dentist--she is frank and understanding. She is genuinely concerned about her patients' well being and is very professional. I found that Dr. Kassis and her team of dental assistants and hygienists to be knowledgeable, understanding, and gentle with all those annoying poking tools. I did not feel rushed; if I needed a break to rest my mouth they were happy to accommodate. What's really great about the staff at Dr. Kassis' office is they always know who you are and make you feel welcome. Plus I always leave with free floss, mini toothpaste, and a toothbrush--who doesn't love free stuff!

I guess you could call me a dental delinquent! Thanks to some not so gentle encouragement from my fiancee I finally agreed to go to her dentist after she explained how non-judgy they are here and she was 100% correct! I have seen both Dr. Bhargava and Dr. Telang here and they are both incredibly friendly (and non-judgmental) about your teeth! Dr. Telang explained in great detail all of the stats she was discussing with the hygenist as well as explaining in easy terms what you need to do. The hygenists here are also very friendly and gentle, despite needing to use many of the little hooks I had very little discomfort or pain! One final bonus is that they will deal directly with insurance if you have it, eliminating the hassle of having to deal with insurance companies yourself!

My hygienist Alexandra was extremely kind and considerate throughout the whole appointment, and took the time to listen to my medical history and ask questions- honestly not even my family doctor was as thorough as she was lmao She always ensured my comfort came first, and was able to provide prevention techniques for me without judgement. I have been going to that dentist office for years when it was Dr. Dessureault's clinic. However, the last 2 times that I had appointments there (March 2025), I was made to wait an hour each time! I was left sitting in the waiting room and no one said anything to me. After a half hour, I approached the receptionist and asked how much longer I would have to wait. She said, Oh, the dentist had an emergency! I said, well I had an appointment scheduled and no one mentioned that he had an emergency and it was going to take long and it would have been appreciated if someone had mentioned it to me! She said well, it shouldn't be much longer. I waited again another half hour without anyone asking if I'd like to re-schedule. I had to once again approach the receptionist and asked if I should re-schedule. Then she said oh, yes, I think so, so we re-scheduled for the following week. The following week, I showed up 15 minutes early. I checked in. She said ok, it shouldn't be long. I said to myself, I am going to give them 15 minutes and if I'm not seen by then, I'm leaving. I waited and waited and even waited an additional 15 minutes, so 30 minutes in total and they still didn't call my name or give me any reason for the long wait once again! I just got up and left without saying anything. I never received an apology or a phone call to this day! I guess after all these years, I am not a valued customer!

I sincerely appreciate a well run business and this location never lets me down. I very rarely have to wait, max of 5 mins if ever. The hygienists and dentists are very knowledgeable and do well to explain things. They're friendly, happy and social people. Plus side, they have TVs in the ceiling.
