I think this is unethical and unprofessional. Another issue was that she berated us within the first 5 minutes for not being honest with her when she made a statement we didn't agree with in our readings. We had our readings separately and did not realize this until we spoke about it afterwards. After this she asked many questions but really answered none. She can do natal charts, but I don't believe she has a true psychic ability unfortunately. I have been to someone in the past that is truly gifted, so I know the difference. The same day I booked, I received a call asking to move the appointment later in the day. I declined because we already had dinner reservations. That should have been the end of it. Fast forward to April 9th (the day before the appointment), I received a missed call and voicemail asking to change the time to 3:15 PM. I didn't respond, yet minutes later I received an email saying my appointment had been changed anyway and now reassigned to a completely different therapist (Killian). No confirmation from me, no approval. Just changed. We still showed up, trying to make the best of it. I surprised my wife right before walking in, telling her I had planned this special 90-minute massage for her birthday. Inside, we were greeted and asked to wait until 3:15. Then things got worse. Another customer walked in claiming a 3:15 appointment over the phone shortly ago , and the staff accommodated him with our original therapist (Rosario) who came upstairs and took that client instead. A few minutes later, a male therapist came out to get my wife completely ignoring the fact that we specifically booked a female therapist. At that point, the surprise and the experience was completely ruined. When we brought this up to the front desk, the only "solutions" offered were: Come back later that same day no cost (which we couldn't due to prior birthday plans), or Come back the next day for half off (again, unrealistic since we had already planned our time) Neither option addressed the core issue: they changed our appointment without consent, gave our reserved time to someone else, and ignored our request for a female therapist. It honestly felt like they were more focused on filling slots and maximizing revenue than honoring appointments or taking care of their clients. I planned this experience months in advance to make my wife's birthday special, and instead it turned into a frustrating and embarrassing situation. I will never return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable or professional experience.
