The first time I was at Sedona Ranch, I attended a women's retreat with a friend of mine - it was perfect in every sense. The reason we chose this retreat from other retreats we found in Sedona was because of its intimate setting (in our group we had 4 women), the fact that it was non-bougie (see Urban Dictionary)/felt inclusive, and the history and purpose of the ranch when it was created by Fernanda. It felt right, and it was right. I walked away with several 'Aha!' moments, and was able to carry those shifts into my everyday life when I left. The second time I was at Sedona Ranch, my friend and I (who attended the women's retreat the first time around) brought along two more friends to hang out with us. Aside from the retreats that Fernanda hosts, she also rents out her tiny homes and trailers on her ranch! So what did we do? My friends and I planned a vacation there! We rented out the tiny homes and chose to do some activities with Fernanda: acu-yoga, hiking/ATV rides, and cupping. The rest of the time we were able to chill, relax, and grill our own meals. It's a great way to un-plug, recharge, and reconnect. If you're looking for a place that will wait on you hand and foot, this is not the place for you. Rather, this is a place for you to be re-inspired, recharged, reconnected, and be empowered. At the end of the trip you'll be like "What?! I cooked my own meals like a boss! I found the QE information I read, interesting and in agreement with the type of healing method I was looking for so I decided to give it a try. I am very impressed by the way Andrea was able to pin point various imbalances in my body's energy field using the muscle testing process.
