Well worth the cost, which was significantly cheaper than other places. The gentleman who has been doing it for a long time was such a joy to meet! Great in person customer service on the delivery. I just wish the communication with the office had been better, it was very stressful having no idea what was going on moving day.

I guess I should have told them to not bother unloading it on the day they drove up with it. The equipment they used was faulty (flat tires) on the Dolly. And I offered to air them back up for him. (He told me it wouldn't do any good) ? Wtf??? That didn't stop the guy who was really having a problem with the location where I wanted it. While putting it in the desired spot I wanted it, it FELL off their piece of shit Dolly (because of flat tires) AND THE TILT IT WAS CAUSING. It fell into the dirt and rock. The guy had no clue how to handle the situation and it's lucky for him I was there to help has no one else was. ( they apparently work alone) I asked him about the flat tires and he stated. "The bosses son took the good pair off his truck" leaving him the shitty pair". There were many other issues with this building because of delivery method!!!! It's now 3 weeks later and still no repairs have been done to solve the leaking going on inside of delivered building. And they apparently don't take calls just messages?$&@. We had to pull things out of building cus they got wet. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM GRACELAND!!! They suck! The delivery driver has no clue what to do. And should not have left his store with my building before checking his equipment.... this business is third rate if that!!!!!

Sonali, Dorian and Cristina packed every iteam and explained how they labeled each box so when we arrived to our destination looking for certain iteams would be easy! Jacey and Leo then joined the next day to load our iteams and were as equally as proffesional and helpful. We were amazed at how careful they were handling our heavy iteams down our stairs. Highly reccomend this team and hope we see them again in the future !!

In order for that to happen, the people who work here were asked to return a call from a credit company to verify payment history. Truly not a difficult task, after repeated attempts by my family, the credit company, and a letter to this storage company for authorization to release information it has not been done hence the bank denying the loan. There is something to be said about customer service too bad its so hard to find!

I've had multiple storage units here for YEARS now & have never once had an issue or complaint with…read morethem. The only thing that I MIGHT knock them for is the fact that they're only open Monday thru Saturday 8am-5pm. That can be extremely inconvenient for me at times. Other than that this place is great!! Located rite off the freeway so it's super easy to find & get in & out of. There's a lowered docking bay for the moving trucks & a ground level one next to that for customers so you can back your vehicle rite up to the building & where their flatbed hand carts are located, then the elevator is just a short 6ft roll away from the docking bay. There is a bathroom located within the office that you'll be allowed to use if you just ask the staff. I have shown up here many a time JUST before closing & never have I been turned away. They will let you into their facility all the way up until 4:58pm (they close at 5 but you'd need a couple minutes to make it to your unit & either take out or drop off whatever it was you were there for LoL) One weekend I reorganized my whole unit; was working in it up until closing both nights & what was great was the staff would give me updates when it was getting close to closing that way i had enough time to put all my boxes that I had moved out into the hallway back into my unit. At 30mins til Stephanie, the girl at the front desk would walk up to my unit on the 2nd floor & let me know it was 4:30pm. She would do the same at a quarter til & when I had just 5mins before they closed she would flash the overhead lights twice to signal to me times almost up. Great people!! Quality units! Variety in size & affordably priced!!
