During my labor, there was a moment of downtime when she had to step out for an emergency, and the nurses mentioned I might be heading toward a c-section. But when Dr. Ramos came back, she was confident, determined, and fully focused on getting my baby here safely & vaginally--and she delivered in every sense of the word. Postpartum, when I suspected I had mastitis, I called the office, and they got me in that same evening. Dr. Ramos made sure I had what I needed before it turned into something worse.
