They've been a part of many of my dogs lives from the beginning and some of them just a day old to the very very end. The staff there are friendly and professional. The facility doesn't have fancy frills or live-streams but it's affordable price reflects that and my dogs could care less. There have been a few times I asked for updates and the staff have sent me photos and videos of my dogs to ease my concerns. Overall, it's a great business that gives me peace of mind that my dogs are getting exercise and positive engagement.

They came home with kennel cough. When we picked them up they were coughing and wheezing and hacking. We knew instantly something was wrong. The employees at Gracies place said nothing. Having never experienced kennel cough before I did not know what was wrong with them. I brought them to the vet and she confirmed our suspicions. My dogs had contracted kennel cough at Gracies place. They knew they had boarded dogs with kennel cough they said nothing. They gave no notice to us. Provided us with no information that they were exposed to kennel cough even after hearing them hacking and coughing and wheezing when we picked them up. I called to let them know that they had an extremely contagious disease at their location. They said that they knew. They offered no credit towards our boarding with them and no compensation for the $240 vet bill.Even though my dogs got sick hear it appeared to be a new facility.
