The schnitzel was perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with their potato salad, which was also really good. We also tried the Tafelspitz, served with a flavorful beef broth and vegetables. It was hearty, fresh, and packed with flavor. Their house beer on tap was refreshing and went perfectly with the meal. But the real showstopper was dessert--the famous Kaiserschmarrn with apricot. These fluffy, shredded pancakes were absolutely divine, and the apricot added just the right amount of sweetness. Easily one of the highlights of the meal! Service was impeccable, and everything tasted fresh. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially because this is a small restaurant and it clearly has a strong following among locals. The atmosphere is lovely, with a neighborhood, non-touristy vibe that makes the experience feel authentically Viennese. Food dreams can be restored in future nights to come. I guess I just did not care what anyone thought. I took pics anyway. I just thought I was being sensitive to other patrons. We split the massive and simply prepared veal weinerschnitzel with the lemon wedge squeezing the only and perfect seasoning you need for this deliciousness in front of you.
