The place is very sad looking, aided by the dim florescent lighting, melancholy quote on the wall (I'm not kidding, the quote by the ice cream is about how it never gets less sad to drop your ice cream), unenthusuastic staff and fed-up looking management. The chocolates are OK, and don't deserve more attention than that statement.

The younger teenager boy was really friendly and I think we made his day because we bought the seconds truffles that were not perfect looking and my 2 boxes candies. For reference, I worked the oven in a small bakery for seven years. Most small bakers are overly concerned about underbaking the center of their product. To compensate for thus fear they overbake. What they should be doing is turning the heat down and baking longer. Every oven is different. Experiment until you get it perfect and then do not vary. The top should be golden.
