He patiently tried to purchase a matching glass face which was broken, and repaired the hands. I decided to have a better clasp fitted to the chain, which the jeweller replaced for me. Again a first class job was done. I would highly recommend this shop for watch and jewellery repairs. The staff are lovely, very knowledgeable, and there is no pressure whatsoever.
