Their stock is so varied that you are bound to find something that you like and the staff are very helpful. They are able to alter something to fit you if needed and also do repairs. I cant fault this little shop. The only bad thing I can think of is that they have too much stock. It can be difficult to sieve through everything in the window and when you go in the store they pull even more of out of little boxes under the counter.

Because it was bought in store only a credit note or exchange is permitted, now I am very unhappy about this. When we looked at the receipt it stated that it was a second hand product. Now my father said he was totally unaware of this! He wouldn't of bought the product for health and hygienic reason!! I do not wear jewellery so now I am stuck with a credit note for more cheap tat. Now if my father had bought it via the Internet a refund would of being offered!! I explained this to the male at the paragon store. His attitude was awful, worst customer service experience I've ever received. Extremely unhelpful. I would 100% NOT wholeheartedly recommend buying jewellery at Segals paragon Street at all!! All we wanted was £29 refund. Now the money isn't an issue it's the service which we have received that has annoyed us more!! Avoid this place!!!

It is a high-end store and (call me fussy!) if I am spending big numbers I expect service and knowledge without question. This is exactly what you get here. I did my homework and armed with enough questions to floor a professor I proceeded to test their knowledge and found them infallible! I have bought houses for less than I spent that afternoon but came away feeling I had negotiated a great deal with an item of beauty that is available only in very few outlets in the country. I am sure there will be only a couple of occasions I may need to spend this amount on jewellery in my life so I will make a point of returning here when I do.

The mall opened in 2007 and the interior still feels modern, especially in comparison to the rest of the city. It's pretty much a straight high-street-style walk throughout the mall, with a small number of food and drink outlets upstairs including Starbucks and Nando's. The main flagship store in the mall is a large Tesco supermarket, this remains open between 6 am and 12 am between Monday and Saturday, even when the mall shuts much earlier. Between the hours of 7 pm and 12 am when the mall is closed and Tesco is open, you can expect to be allowed to enter the mall, but only for Tesco with barriers in place. Again, I do find the mall shuts a little early, while the centre remains open until 7 pm, most of the stores end up closing an hour earlier and starting to wind down even before that. With the location of Hull pretty much in the sticks, with few alternatives nearby, this makes it even more frustrating for people who prefer to go out in the afternoons and evenings. The selection of stores within the centre is OK. Brands located here include Boots, EE, JD Sports, Superdrug, TK Maxx and a couple of others. The security at the front seemed friendly, and helped offer directions elsewhere in the centre, although they could have done with being inside the mall, due to groups of children loitering, and littering, which meant the mall was untidy and I was having to watch my step to avoid getting something stuck to my shoe. Again, lots of wasted potential, and the best out of a bad bunch of places to shop while in Hull. 3*

It's built over Prince's Dock which adds a unique twist to the centre, meaning as you walk along, you can see the river which looks so beautiful in the sunshine, yet the mall is full of either cheap, tacky stores or empty units. There are very few familiar brands in terms of shopping, other than a large Primark store. It does get better for food and drink, with some options including Nando's and Pizza Express and for leisure, there's a Vue cinema. The security staff in the mall didn't seem too friendly and made me feel uncomfortable just for wanting to visit Pizza Express. This place has so much potential, they need to shut the place down for however long it takes to renovate the mall and fill the empty units, as for now this is only going to be a place one would visit if heading to the cinema or a specific brand within the mall, it just seems depressing to walk through. 2*

Apparently, they cannot guarantee access for all people all of the time. As for calls, well, apart from the fact that we have no chance to implement what we have learned from the catchy 118 118 tunes and the far more fun 118 247 tunes, we again, have absolutely no alternatives other than to cough up and pay charges. Basically, Kingston Communications has many people desperately frustrated with their service. Personally, I think they are a good enough reason to pack up those bags and move from Hull.
