He was referred to me by my divorce attorney, He was…read moresupposed to be her replacement because she had to go on maternity leave. I have evidence and proof he did not do much work at all. He was not even prepared for a passport motion I had in court. He did not email the referee anything before our court day to show proof that the other party in the case was lying. He read the email late to the referee while we were in court and didn't send anything before hand. Also he was on the call 1.5 hours early when our zoom call was at 10:30am he got on the call at 9am and I have proof. He did not even know the time of our zoom motion. Who get on a zoom 1.5 hour early. No one . And he charged me for that time. I felt he did not care about me. He was charging me for things he did not do and I have proof. Bad decision. Big mistake. I did not feel comfortable working with him. When I called his phone went straight to voice mail. He did not make me feel comfortable and safe and when he saw my review he threatened to sue me. Be careful everyone he may do the same with you. He could have called me nicely and talk to me about the review but instead he went straight to suing me for money I have never seen in my entire life. I am an instacart shopper and barely pay my bills and now he is trying to scare me by sending this email to me. This shows you want kind of person he is. Instead of him talking with me he goes straight to suing me for money I don't have any most likely will never have. This email was uncalled for. A simple conversation and Understanding of where I was coming from could have taken the review off yelp but instead I am editing it to be more clear about where I was coming from. I paid hIm $1500 up front that I had to borrow from a friend and family member and I have a balance of $2700 with him. I have proof that some of the itemized billing he charged me for he did not do the work. I am not lying and this is the complete truth and I'm sure he knows this is the truth. Now he is trying to scare me and sue me for $500,000. Seriously he goes this far because of a review no one as even seen yet. Wow hopefully people with see the review I just posted because everything I'm saying is the truth and he knows it's the truth and I have evidence and proof he did not do some of the work he claims he did. I'm not lying.

Ken was hired to take care of our bankruptcy. Our experience was a clients worse nightmare…read more 1. Very unorganized - Ken would request the same information over and over again. Even in front of the trustee at our hearing, he was fumbling through papers and dropping things. I was so embarrassed! 2. Ineffective Communication - Simple yes or no questions were not answered. The returned response was vague, indirect and many times, did not even relate to our inquiry. 4. No Office - When we first met Ken, he had an office that was local to us. Within weeks, he moved from that office and began using rented office space that was much further away from our home. Location was one of the reasons why Ken was chosen. 5. Errors - We were charged to amend our plan due to an error that KEN MADE with a creditors address. There were multiple mistakes that Ken made due to lack of organization which resulted in our being charged for his time to correct his error. 6. Unethical and unprofessional - The verbiage and tone that Ken used when speaking and/or replying to our emails was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and many times I felt "strong handed" to do something at the time in which was most convenient to Ken. He continued to ask me to "revise" my budget when no changes had occurred. 7. No Legal Assistant - During most of our time spent dealing with Ken, there was not a legal assistant to help him that we were aware of. Therefore, we were charged the lawyer rate for many things that a legal assistant would do, such as make copies. 8. Accusations - When I began researching the bankruptcy process and made Ken aware of my knowledge, he accused me of speaking directly to the trustee or other people who, if were not of legal representation, were breaking the law by counseling me. Neither of which was accurate. In the end, Ken gracefully dismissed himself from our case, but not before insulting me by saying I was being "hostile".

From the owner: Our firm engages in many areas of law specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, Wills, Trusts,…read moreImpaired Driving and Bankruptcy. Many of our clients have busy schedules and find it convenient that we have many locations all over town. Our Bankruptcy services entail helping people with budgetary problems especially with cash flow problems. We assist by re-prioritizing expenses to ensure that only essential bills are paid and the rest swept aside. This is commonly known as Chapter 13 Wage Earner Plans. Our attorneys also help in sheltering assets and in probate avoidance by setting up trusts where rights of beneficiaries are protected and wishes of the planner are respected. Of course, when Probate is called for, our attorneys have years of experience in navigating the legal system for prompt results.
