Another concern was what appeared to be a high turnover of instructors during the time my son was enrolled. Frequent changes in teachers made it difficult to maintain consistency in instruction and the student-teacher relationship. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of communication, responsiveness, and continuity of instruction. I texted the instructor or owner, Kim, asking if we can reschedule because we still wanted to take the class. Received no response, so I made a courtesy call to provide a notice and was received by Kim,to my surprise I was met with the response of "no you can't reschedule" after explaining to him that we were very sick and how can he expect us to show up when we don't feel well. His next response was "I need a 24 hour notice" I'm sorry Kim but the human body doesn't work that way. I told Kim that I'm willing to still come in myself but Im very sick and was being courteous as I do not want to get him sick. That's when his tone changed and agreed to a reschedule. Thanks for offering the reschedule but no thanks. There was never a mention about a 24 hour notice over the phone, and do you really want potential customers who are sick coughing in your face? I guess customer customer service is not a priority, so I will take my business elsewhere.

Or the kids can take home a starter ukulele in glittery blue or pink. The floors got a major upgrade and match warmly with the new blue walls! The have a waiting room for the kids providing siblings with chapter books, coloring pages, or pop-its. The kids love this spot! Finally the practice rooms look lovely and held a major upgrade too. It was not in good shape and needed some major restoration. I was concerned about what much it would cost and while talking to a friend, he referral me to Patrick at Everjoy Music. The store is located inside of a business complex, easy to find and plenty of parking. I brought my cello to Patrick and he was warm, knowledgeable, honest, and gave me options because of my limited budget. He made his recommendations and I was able to tell him parts I wanted to keep even though it wasn't ideal to keep them; he made it work and understood I had sentimental values. He respected my wishes. I came in feeling out of depth, really haven't played for so long and not feeling confident at all handling a cello. Patrick never made me feel less or unimportant. Estimated time was about a month but Patrick contacted me after 2 weeks that it was done. I picked up the newly restored cello today and it was so beautiful and the sound made me wanted to cry. This is just sharing my experience with voilin lessons I received here. They assign you a person…read morethat knows violin, but is not specialized in it. The person we had nit pick time with us. You start at exactly the time you are suppose to be there at and you end at that exact time, not a second earlier. The service and lessons feel very impersonal and it was not a good vibe to start lessons. Also, you cannot reschedule your appointment if your child is sick or you cannot attend for a reason. You get a online lesson sent to you, not the one on one you paid for. WAA does explain this to us in the beginning, but at the end, this was one of the many reasons we didn't move forward. If you are looking for violin lessons, look for someone that specializes in only that instrument. We did not get that here.
