I did get another estimate from a large painting firm, It was disappointing in there description of how the work would be done and who would be doing it. In comparison, Seixas Painting is a small private company with hands on by the owner and his excellent workers. Once they got started painting the exterior of the house , the communication was extraordinary. They advised us of when they would be coming, how long they would be there, and any other details that were often neglected by other contractors I have had in the past. In addition, they repaired several pieces of siding and trim around windows. They worked around the weather interruptions very well and completed the job quickly. We had just bought a house and the sellers had left in it not so great condition. The walls were damaged, there were holes, some water stains, nails in the walls... you name it. We hired Adam to come in, he went through the whole house with me, pointed out what he could do, and gave us a reasonable quote. He got it done before he said he would, and it looks like a NEW house inside. He fixed all the holes in the walls and closets, fixed what I had attempted (not well might I add) to paint, did the ceilings etc. Worth every penny. He made our house look beautiful for a wedding we had in the backyard during the pandemic.
