Very sloppy drywall repair and completely unsatisfactory trim woodwork. The company has several crews of workers, so you don't know who you will get. After much (argumentative) back and forth with the company, they did send someone to fix mistakes. Thankfully they sent someone different (Danny) who was honest and skillful. He spent 3 full days fixing the mistakes of the original crew.

The book cases that surrounded the fireplace were in need of fresh paint and we wanted an area over the fireplace for our TV. Michael's guys were able to drill small holes and run the wires to our TV and cable boxes; as well as hide the excess wires. We now have a fresh look with crisp white book cases and mantel. The pink bricks are gone and we have beautiful nautical navy blue bricks.
