Then they dilated my eyes and THEN did a vision field test. There was no need to dilate my eyes for this exam. It was to check for glaucoma. So they charged me twice for this testing. Then they charged me OUTPATIENT HOSPITAL fees. I have seen an opthamologist for years and NEVER was I charged these kind of rates. FRAUD again. I have called over 9 times trying to get these charges reversed and no one can do it. I usually come away with a bill for $200 they charged me. over $1100 for this visit and I have to pay $750. And they set the minimum you can pay. There is no negotiation. I will not return and I doubt I will pay this bill. FRAUD. This is absurd!

Both times, we've simply walked in with no appointment. We were serviced immediately and the only customers. They carried an impressive array of different frames and brands for such a small shop. After a quick fittings, I've been able to pay with the entire ordeal taking less than 15 minutes, which is a great timeline when you have a fussy infant. Both associates were great with my child and helped make the experience as comfortable and fun as possible for him.

It makes one want to go there for treatment, because of those things. With Dr. Kobet at the helm, with his calm, smooth demeanor -- has managed to put together a team who possess integrity. The organization of the group is apparent. Everyone knows their role. After having cataract surgery at Trinity Health, another extension of the organization, equally grand. Every issue that I experienced post-operatively was dealt with by the doctor himself. As a matter of fact, the staff that treats you in the back seem like doctors, too. I recognize the skill and expertise they have individually. I'm glad my surgery and the process is complete, with success and have already began sharing with a number of friends and family encouraging them to contact Dr. Kobet's team. They have the nerve, after all of the amazing care to give the patient a couple of plants --rewards of a positive nature -- I've appreciated the honesty and caring. Thankfully, Dona

My mother was under his care for almost 10 years and when she went to see a specialist at the Kellogg eye center they found that she had lost 80% of the vision in one of her eyes due to incorrect treatment. I have spoken to several malpractice attorneys who said that unfortunately the statute of limitations had passed, it is 2 years in Michigan, otherwise she could have sued them and likely won. They seem incompetent and just out to get money and do not appropriately refer or treat patients.
