As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Stephanie and she was so beyond amazing and nice. She…read morehelped me check in and pick out frames and she was above and beyond helpful and amazing. She made going to the eye doctor great. The dr on duty that day was as usual amazing and informative and took his time to explain everything he did which is nice to know about what's going on with your vision. I highly recommend this location if your around there and in need of glasses or contacts. As for Stephanie she will help you with anything you may need

I have ALWAYS hated this location. I went there a couple of weeks ago because it was the only…read morelocation that had an appt available within a few days. I had broken my glasses and needed a new pair ASAP. Going there was my biggest regret from the moment I had my eye exam until the time I left and then had to return to order glasses bc I had a telehealth appt. The eye exam was the weirdest one I've ever had and I've been having exams for over 20 yrs by real specialist due to my serious eye issues. I was diagnosed with glaucoma in my 30's and now cataracts. I have no peripheral vision in my right eye and have been told I have category 3 blindness. All of this despite my having 7 eye surgeries. I've never had an examiner to take a bottle of eye drops and use it as a tool to test my vision. After her shining lights in my eyes, I left there with a massive headache and has yet to get much relief. My eyes are very sensitive to light because of all the surgeries and other issues. The most disrespectful thing that happened to me at this location was when it was time to order my glasses. The lady who was helping me was more interested in the fact that I am retired than she was with helping me order glasses. She repeated several times "so you're retired". She then told me she was due to retire in a couple of years yet she didn't even know how to work the computer. She was clueless as to what she was doing. The other employees had to help her. Then she asked if I was enjoying retirement life and stated you need money to retire right. She mentioned the money a couple of times. In addition to my eye issues, I have LOTS of other medical issues that's no one's business especially a nosey ass SVS employee. I don't understand what the issue is with my being less than 60 years old and retired. It's obvious that she should've been fired years ago if she really works there because I honestly don't think that she does because she didn't know how to work the computer. I went there for an eye exam and glasses not to be questioned about my finances or my personal life. People like her should be glad that I worked for a company who had a program where I can get the help that I need. Because I if not, I would have made headlines before Lindsay Clancy, Ethan Crumbley, and others. I understand their torment. My family goes through hell daily. So my being retired is good for everyone. Ask my family the hell that they go through daily living with a person with my multiple diagnoses. Just because that woman can't see physical disabilities doesn't mean I shouldn't be retired. These people need training. It's people like them who abuse their positions and their titles that makes this world so screwed up. I've lived long enough to know that to be a truth. If she knew my history she would glad that I am retired.
