I kept going back and telling him the issues I was having with my vision and he kept saying everything was normal. I've been to several eye specialist since and they all said my corneas are bad and my issues are from the specialty toric lens. I should have had a regular lens. The lens can't be removed because it will damage my eye. For a few extra bucks in his pocket he ruined my vision (driving, reading, computer, walking).

They threatened to kick her out and it honestly just made me very upset. This women was getting kicked out and yelled at because this facility couldn't do their job the first time, so she had to come back a total of 4 times. Honestly it's ridiculous. I seen the women, she was honestly fairly calm and nice with the request to fix her glasses. It just makes me sad to see the disrespect that this old lady was treated with.

11-18-2024 my day nightmare begun at kresge Eye Institute with Brett Malbin. I had a whole left…read moreeye. First and foremost Brett Malbin stated we do not have a laser machine at this location and I said why am I here. He state I could go to the midtown location if I needed laser surgery which I did..Then he stated we have a machine it doesn't work but we can plug it up and if it turns on it will be okay. I was asked to sign the consent laser form, because I could not see because my eyes had been dilated his assistant said its okay just try and sign it. Because I don't want to write a short story before I leave any medical establishment I ask for all the paperwork. Never was I give topical anesthesia although the paperwork says I did. Never given aftercare said their wasn't any, although the paperwork state's it was discussed. Here's the issue if you do not get any and all paperwork from these people who take oaths to do no harm you will never know the bs they put in our records.
