I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I have found a new kennel at which I can board my dogs knowing that they will be treated with kindness and a true interest in their best care. Thank you!

This place is absolutely horrible, we picked up our 3 dogs from there today, they claimed to have…read moregave them a bath but they were covered head to toe in poop. One of our dogs has a large, scabbed hot spot on her. Our two big dogs eat almost an entire bag of dog food in two weeks and the container we put it in lasts a week. Well, with that in mind there should be no reason after our week vacation that there is over half of the container still full. There is so reason between two dogs this small ish container should be over half full. And one of the dogs has the poops, which she never has for any reason. Also, there were so many flies around the building and it smelled foul. We were not allowed back to see the dogs kennel area and I am going to assume they are nasty with how the rest of the area was. This place is horrible and I pray none of you put your dogs in this hell hole.

Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog. He turned a year old last month and we have always referred to it as "school" and his "friends". He gets so excited when he knows it's a "School" day and happily wags his tail and jumps around when we pull up. I know he's well cared for and he gets to socialize and play with his friends. The vet confirmed that she had experienced physical trauma after examining her injury. When I went to address the issue in person no one would take any responsibility. I left voicemails and sent emails, Facebook messages, etc to the organization AND owner and never got a response. I had to pay for the service and every single vet bill.
