So far I'm loving this place! Doctor Hall (Neurology Nurse Practitioner) is very nice and easy to talk with and understood my concerns and symptoms. Also went back today for some testing and the technician very nice and easy to talk too. She explained in details what procedure she was doing as well as what she was looking for. I definitely recommend NeuroTek!

First meet this Dr Do seemed very nice BUT he is a Jekyll and Hyde!!…read moreI was his patient until July 18, 2017 when he abruptly released me as a patient. I followed his instructions that he gave even though I told him the med that he prescribed me reacted to my uncomfortably. It seems the more u questioned him about your diagnosis, Meds or problems, he became more defensive to you. Like you did not even understand your own body reactions! I even started therapy when he recommended to me. My husband also became a patient but he did not like my husband falsely accusing him of throwing therapy business cards which (he was trying to enlighten them that the therapy was almost right there in there parking lot) in his Little prissy nurse FACE! Which my husband did NOT DO, he threw them on the desk, she was no where near him to even reach her. On July 18 during my husband appt he told my husband that he would not treat him any longer then turned to me and abruptly dismissed me from his services even though he still had me on Meds and therapy. The little Doctor practically ran and hid in another office! We went to front desk and requested all of our records respectfully of the front employees. We have gone on our patient portal and read the false comments that he has recorded about both of us‼ He accused my husband of throwing therapy business cards in his Nurses FACE. FALSE !!!!!!!! Dr Do accused me of physical incident with staff one hour after visit was concluded 6/08/2017. I was at physical therapy office at that time and never even went back into the building that day also NEVER had any problems with his staff‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ He is not very professional for his occupation. He just wants to get your money by initial visit, nerve conduction test, and sending u for MRI and then having to call another Dr to interpret the MRI to tell me what it said!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Orange Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center based on…read moreour family's recent experience in April 2026. My brother was admitted for care and, within hours, was left in respiratory distress without timely suctioning, and his feeding tube was not even connected, leaving him without nutrition for an extended period. Despite repeated requests, staff response was delayed and inconsistent. Throughout his stay, we experienced ongoing issues with call lights going unanswered, lack of basic hygiene care, and unprofessional, dismissive communication from staff. On one occasion, a staff member spoke to him in a demeaning manner rather than addressing his concerns. Most concerning was the lack of urgency during a medical emergency. When he experienced severe respiratory distress, staff response was delayed, and emergency services were only called after persistent family advocacy. He was later hospitalized, where the findings indicated a severe case of pneumonia. No family should have to repeatedly advocate just to ensure basic, timely care for their loved one. This experience raised serious concerns about patient safety, responsiveness, and overall quality of care. I hope the facility takes meaningful corrective action to prevent this from happening to others.
