However, this place has gone to the dogs. they don't call you back. When I finally talked to Lisa, she promised to call me back. nothing. Terrible service. Look, if they are booked and don't want my business that is fine, but have the common friggin courtesy to call me back and tell me. I have been sitting here, wanting to get started on PT and they have no respect for anyone. I have since found another qualified PT group who actually called me back in like 5 minutes. KU Sports Medicine has gone the way of its basketball program, right down the tubes.

Both injuries had become chronic and nothing had helped significantly until I was finally steered in the right direction. I have been really diligent with my exercises for both injuries and have improved by leaps and bounds! I imagine all of their therapists are good but I worked with Megan and I highly recommend her! The only reason why I am not leaving a 5 star review is that their services are VERY expensive. If you've got good insurance then that shouldn't be a problem but I mine has a very high deductible so I did have to pay a significant amount of money out of pocket for the physical therapy. It was worth every penny but still very expensive.

I have been doing the non-surgical decompression therapy for about 3 months. My symptoms were…read morenumbness in my quads and severe pain with movement in my lower back which was becoming more and more constant. Within a couple of weeks of treatments (going 2-3 times per week), my symptoms started to ease up and now are almost completely gone! I rarely have numbness in my legs anymore and my back pain is easily managed with ice, stretching and an occasional NSAID (before I was on Ibuprofen AND Tylenol around the clock). Dr. Hoyal, Laura and the entire team in the office do everything they can each time to make sure I'm comfortable and careful after treatments.
