I absolutely adore the people working here. They are super friendly and easy to get along with. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about my treatment. I was with Michelle and JulieAnne for the first part of rehab on my shoulder. They were both great. I was with Ivan after my knee surgery, mostly on work hardening. His approach to my treatment was exactly how I expected it to be. My job requirements are to lift very heavy weight. He pushed me but was very aware of not causing more injury. He came across as genuinely caring about my well being and my ability to get back to work. I hope I never get injured again but if I do need rehab, I will request to come to this rehab facility.

They have awesome hours with 7:30am their earliest which helps me keep PT from impacting my work hours. Julie has educated me, teaching me about my body. I've learned about my body, how to move, and other things I would have not found on the Internet. She is gentle yet the assigned exercises really do make a difference. Without a doubt I've seen improvement in strength and less pain. She focuses more on making sure my form is correct and that I don't push to the point of sheer exhaustion or agonizing pain. There has to be a trust between you and your PT. By the time you come hobbling in the door due to conservative therapy hasn't worked enough, you're more guarded than you realize because unconsciously you're protecting your body from inflicting more pain. I totally trust her at this point. She's always patient with my non-stop questions. And she's funny and supportive. I usually feel stronger and at least a little more confident and feel a little more control over my body at the end of each appointment. She's incredibly knowledgable and has changed what I thought physical therapy was.
