I had my 2nd rotator cuff tendon surgery on November 25, 2025, after a work injury. I researched…read morein-network clinics in my area, and found Align Physical therapy clinic. I went to the clinic, and spoke with the staff. They were very friendly, and showed me around the clinic. They told me about the treatment option, and said the could fit me in right away. I gave them my referral from my Orthopedic doctor, and they scheduled my appointments for the week. The the 1st appointment after waiting about 15 minutes, my therapist said he was just doing an assessment of my range of motion. I only took about 30 minutes. He massaged my shoulder, did some slight movement of my arm, and instructed me to do some rotation and sliding exercises. He put a heating pad on my shoulder, and that was it. The 2nd appointment I had to wait 15 minutes before similar treatment. The 3rd appointment, I had to wait 20 minute before being called to a massage table. My assigned therapist was working on another patient. I was given a table just a few feet away from where he was. I was agreed to a heat pad on my shoulder while I waited for my therapist. I sat with the pad for another 20 minutes. At this point I was annoyed. Why schedule an appointment when you clearly are not available. Another therapist named JC came to my table and took the pad off my shoulder. He tried to change the position of the table, but he did not know how to operate it. He went over to another therapist to ask for assistance. That is when I realized that he was new, and obviously inexperienced! He massaged my shoulder for about 5 minutes. I was visibly in pain, and he was scared to treat me. He said it was unusual for a patient to be in that much pain even though I had surgery less than 3 weeks ago. He told me that I needed to call my doctor. I was shocked and mortified that Align clinic would assign such an experienced therapist who didn't know how to treat me. I waited 40 minutes for about 10 minutes worth of treatment. I called my doctor's office immediately after I left, and was advised not to return to Align clinic. I then called Align clinic, and told them that my doctor and I decided that I was not a good fit for this clinic and I would not be returning. In my opinion this clinic is more like a gym than a therapeutic clinic. The staff is pleasant, and the clinic is clean, however I think the clinic is not organized, as I didn't see anyone writing notes or looking at records of their patients. The clinic was very crowded and it seems the priority is on getting the most business instead of making sure each patient gets the best treatment.

I've been three times and every time I feel better and have a better range of motion. All of the staff work as a team and are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went without a referral and paid cash. I am very pleased with the results thus far. I highly encourage you to try them out if you're experiencing any pain, you don't have to live with it! They will help you! They use a variety of modalities too.

This business screwed up and failed to give insurance company proper information…read more Im waiting on approval all for nothing. I had to make several calls to fix their mistake. Whats worse is that I told the lady that answers the phone at Las Vegas Pain Institute that Im in pain and just want help. She replied and laughed and said she is also in pain and does not have insurance with this company. How pathetic and unprofessional of her to say this. I was told person responsible for submitting to insurance is Adagia. I see her name on other complaints on Yelp for numerous errors. If they had a competent individual performing her position I could have had some or complete relief of my pain. Im certain she does not concern herself at all with patient problems. I shall never step foot in this office again. BEWARE OF THE MOHAWK/BLUE DIAMOND location. If you choose this office good luck for you shall need it. Check often with insurance to make certain she did not screw up as usual, or you shall be waiting indefinitely for approval.

So I initially chose this place bc it was an interventional pain clinic where both the office and…read moresurgery center were " IN" network anthem BCBS VIA employer. So I was under the impression it was above board. My husband has a lower thoracic/ upper lumber compression and wedge fracture from a dirtbike accident many years ago that was never surgically fixed. Hes a tough cookie goes to work, works out with it, and when the pain finally got to be too much we sought some sort of interventional treatment, rather than just pills which we both feel just mask it versus fix it. This place has been a NIGHTMARE from the very beginning. 1. First the office staff is lacking in proper training and professionalism I think her name was Adasia was incorrectly submitting the prior authorization or just not submitting them at all!!!! I had to personally conference call her with Nevada Health Solutions (the prior authorization company) so the lady could instruct her on how to correctly submit it, bc eventhough adasia Claimed on multiple occasions to have sent the authorization and was just awaiting approval, the approval company never received them. So if it wasn't for my own due diligence and tenacity he would still be waiting..... Then after all that and he recieved the approval for bilateral branch block procedures, we were initially charged a $90 dollar co pay, then for the second procedure the other side, it went up to 150 with no notice , (obvi the first one we must have been under-charged unbeknownst to us) so for the second procedure the doctor over heard the issue with the change in co-pay kindly approved it at same 90 dollars we were initially charged primarily bc my husband was doing it with no anesthetic so he could drive and saving them time and money, this all started in December.... fast forward to this week 2/20 and at least four copays of $90-150 later, he's there for the post procedure follow up; after waiting 15 mins while ill prepared receptionist was trying to work from her phone bc she had no power cord for the office laptop, she informs my husband that he has a balance of almost $300 and unless he pays 100 of that he won't be seen. Mind you, he was under the impression he was paid in full; given the $90-150 dollar copay each visit prior, I'm assuming this balance is all because of the miscommunications and discrepancies in co-pays, NONE OF WHICH IS THE PATIENTS FAULT THAT IS DUE TO UNTRAINED OR INCOMPETENT STAFF. my husband always paid his FULL co-pay EVERY VISIT and the one and only time he didn't was when Dr. Maduka okayed it at $90...... so why is it our fault if you undercharged us or didn't charge us the right amount? Then scheduled the follow up appointment AND NEVER MENTIONED IT and then just drop this bombshell on us that we owe you guys money when we were under the impression we were paid in full each time???? and this is an in network Dr WITH ONE OF THE BEST HEALTH INSURANCES It's an absolute joke. There's about 10 other incidents I can highlight of unprofessionalism, but I rather not waste the TIME!!! and you shouldn't either!! find a different doctor!!!

After having bad neck pain after riding a super rough roller coaster at a theme park, my doctor…read moresent me to ATI to have it checked out. I've never done physical therapy before, so this was a first for me. I only went to my first appointment and never returned, for several reasons. First, I will say that it's a nice facility. Open, lots of workout machines and stretching areas, and very welcoming and non-intimidating. That's just about the only good thing I have to say about this place. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone there seemed so disorganized. The lady at the front desk was less than pleasant, and wanted to make sure she had all my insurance information before she's even crack a smile (this is sadly the norm in America's healthcare system, of course). I had to fill out an extensive form that was mainly concerned with billing and how to track me down if I didn't pay, LOL. Finally, I was taken to a back room to meet with a "trainer." The "trainer" did some basic things like make me extend my arms and move my neck. He measured the range of motion, which wasn't great due to the fact that I had a hurt neck. After a few more minutes of this, he said he was leaving to put together a "specialized treatment plan" for me. I waited another 15 minutes or so until someone else came to get me and sat me in a chair in the public area. Other people were stretching, using machines, etc. I was sitting alone in a chair. Yet another guy came over and showed me a couple of stretches: turning my head one way while holding my shoulder down the other way. He had me do 30 stretches and holds for 30 seconds. Then he walked away and left me to my own devices. I completed the stretch routine and sat while the "trainers" were busy joking around, laughing, and talking with each other. I did not see any of the staff actually sitting with nor working with patients. Finally he came back over and showed me another stretch. Told me the same, and left. This continued for about 30 minutes. Then I was put on a cycling machine, which I cannot figure out why on earth that would help my neck. It's like they forgot why I was there! Finally, I did some pulley system that worked my arms (which again didn't do a thing for my neck). In fact, it actually hurt my neck more. Afterwards, I was taken back to the main desk to schedule more appointments. It felt very timeshare-y with how much they were PUSHING me to do thrice weekly appointments. I finally relented and they got me on the books for a few months at three times per week. I left feeling like this whole thing was scammy. I was given a folder when I left with the directions for all the stretches I just did (scratch that: the stretches I just PAID $180 to do ON MY OWN), so I figured I could just do those at home for free! I ended up canceling all of my future appointments and just doing the treatment on my own, since it was the same - except I could do it in the comfort of my own home. Why pay close to $600 per week to be ignored and left to stretch on my own when I can do that at home for free? Maybe your experience would be different based on your injury, but I did not find the services here useful at all. If you go here, make sure it's just for an initial appointment. See how you feel about being ignored and told to just sit there and stretch.
