I was hit n run on Blue Diamond & Cimmaron 7 years ago. After my coma and rehab I was going physical therapy at ATI and recovered well. Now early 2025 I get T-boned on Warm Springs and once again needed physical therapy at this location. The staff was friendly and professional. Every lone there spent time with me over a 10 session time and all were great. They wanted me to continue with therapy but due to my tight schedule I needed to pass, they gave me bands and stuff to exercise at home along with a link to the ATI app to keep track of my progress. Kudos to ATI & crew!

Update: Graduated ATI Therapy today... pic of a few favorite therapists, Jon, Nolan, Dan, and Christine, who made it possible I have excecises to continue at home and possible spinal injections with LVPI, but I feel so much stronger than before! Life's a rollercoaster - Never give up! I love the therapists and all the staff here! They are exceptional at service, while sensitive to ones needs. They take utmost respect and caution in sanitization of equipment.. highly recommend them if you are in need of physical therapy. This is my second time coming here, after 3 years' time. The staff remains exceptional and attentive to individual needs.

    I'm huge.

All the employees have been welcoming but a definite shout out to Tommy, Nelson, and Christine for helping me along with my shoulder surgery recovery.

Very helpful and caring staff... The Dr is really sweet and knowledgeable with all the issues I was…read morehaving with my neck and I was surprised to learn. It was also the cause for my shoulder pain... All of the patients there seem to be engaged in their physical therapy. Nobody enjoys going to physical therapy because it's painful but everybody is very kind and friendly. I have been attending nearly a month now and already have more range of motion and I'm about to start pain management. I'm sure with both working in my favor. I will have good results.... Everyone that works in this facility are very attentive, kind and friendly. They collectively oversee and make sure everyone is doing their therapy properly I absolutely recommend this facility.

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

Wow. Ron Gallagher at Maximum Velocity is the secret "health" sauce more people need to know about!…read moreI've been a nurse for over 20 years, and I have a PhD in Nursing, so I love evidence-based practices. But let's be real--no doctor or therapist has all the answers. Their knowledge is limited by their training, research, and hands-on experience. I should've gone to Ron sooner. I had four very active friends get "fixed" by him after being told to just rest by multiple physicians--lower back pain, slipped discs, bone spurs (osteophytes), plantar fasciitis--you name it. But because he doesn't take insurance, I hesitated. Big mistake. I love running and have been doing lifting group classes for years. Over the last five years, I've dealt with tenosynovitis in my foot, lateral hip pain (trochanteric bursitis), and lower back pain. I chalked it all up to aging and having four kids. I also had frequent urination after having my kids, but I figured that was just part of life after childbirth. Wrong. When I saw Ron, he educated me--he told me there are four levels of training to get the maximum health effect, and most people skip levels without building a proper foundation. That was me. My weak pelvic floor was a major contributor to my hip and lower back pain, and I had no idea. Ron explained that there's little to no treatment for women who've had episiotomies, and a lot of my issues stemmed from not strengthening my pelvic floor properly. What?! Then January hit. I went back to the gym after a month off, had a back day in class, and my lower back killed me afterward. I saw a couple of healthcare providers and was diagnosed with an SI sprain. Again, I was told to rest. I did. After a month, I tried Pilates and yoga. Every time I stretched, it made things worse. Another month passed, and I realized--here we go again, another five months to recover. I was miserable. Sleeping, standing, even walking was a struggle. Finally, I caved and saw Ron. And wow. He spent an hour assessing me, asking about my history, and getting to the root of my problem. I was blown away by how much he knew. Turns out, I kept stretching a weak back when what I really needed was to strengthen it. The exercises he gave me to rebuild my pelvic floor first (before even touching my back and hips) made ALL the difference. Not only does my body feel stronger, but my frequent urination has improved so quickly. Ron explained everything, drew pictures, and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my body. And as a nurse educator, I eat that stuff up. Don't just tell me what to do--teach me the why. Ron promised I'd be back in the gym and running in three weeks. I thought, no way. But here I am, week three--I've already gone on a short run, and I feel amazing. My back feels ten years younger. He also pinpointed why I kept having issues with my left hip and foot. He knows his stuff. He's confident in what he does. Honestly, he's a miracle worker--the kind that saves you from surgery and gives you years back on your body. He's worth every cent. Think about the copays for surgery or the misery of feeling like your body is just breaking down. Forget that. Go see Ron. He WILL fix you. His home exercises, including warm-ups (which, turns out, I was doing all wrong), have completely changed my recovery. I've never bounced back from an injury this fast. Oh, and he helped my friend's teenage daughter too--an elite soccer player who kept having hip issues. As soon as she started strength training with Ron, her pain disappeared. Ron will get you straight and fix you quick. If you're struggling with injuries, stop wasting time. Go see him.

Ron fixed my lower back and shoulder. Before coming here, I couldn't sleep on my stomach or side…read more Now I can.
