If you care about getting the best out of your care, the most efficient rehab, and your wallet, avoid these clinics at all costs. I'm the kind of person that diligently looks up all places before going (restaurants, doctors, therapists and especially after all of the PT that I have been through over the years - ie 10 years of chronic pain and about 9 therapists) I called around to about 6 clinics before picking this one (I trusted their ratings and what they explained their protocol was and I wish I didn't. So many red flags: Diagnostic: my therapist did not do all of the normal tests required of a PT or ortho to pinpoint where the pain was coming from and what made it worse to focus on healing that specific area Assigned program: stretches - amateur and minimal (my injury is my hip and this therapist only prescribed glute and calf stretches for 2 min each, every other clinic and therapist did all parts of lower body (hip flexor - which is my biggest issue and most inflamed and needs to be stretched and slowly strengthened. Hamstring, adductor, lower back, pelvic floor, quad etc. for 20-30 seconds, 3 times each) Also had me doing exercises that were flaring up my injury not focusing on the surrounding muscles to slowly strengthen them to stop overworking my injured area Lastly - no home exercises - every single ortho and clinic has sent me up with stretches and light exercises to do DAILY as this is very important to expedite healing. The lack that he didn't would have just prolonged my injury and healing. I have already found a much better clinic which is always filled with conversation and laughter, many therapists, many patients. An app for me to see my program and exercises and check them off as I do them. And I can message my therapist in the app with questions as they pop up. And lastly: COST: this place is a corporate greed factory that takes advantage of their patients and therapists. What I was quoted on my BILL DID NOT REFLECT AT ALL WHAT I WAS CHARGED! They charged me 683!!!!!! For my first visit, leaving my portion 146!!!!! Which is literally less than half of the cost of my first intake visit at my new clinic 290. Each follow up visit was 406!!!! Leaving my out of pocket 83.67. That's already 400 gone from my FSA with 4 failed appointments which were by far the worst of all the PTs I've worked with and most expensive I've ever had. They literally have 3-4 people working there at a time!!!!!! Only one aid, my new clinic has at least 5, all so eager to help. When I contacted them about the discrepancy in the cost of what I signed and what was billed they told me that the therapists don't even see any of of that money and make like 60-70 an hour. And they would not honor what I signed and said the charges stand. Absurd This company opened up a ton of clinics to take advantage of as many people as possible financially and they clearly do not care about your care, only your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO GET BETTER IN AN AFFORDABLE OR TIMELY FASHION!!!

I chose this facility because of the reviews online. When I arrived, the check-in process was nice enough. I got assigned to a therapist named Kyle. He took me back and did some assessments. All of this was normal. He then looked up exercises in his computer and created a plan. He wanted to make sure I understood all the movements and how to do them properly so we went through them. He wasn't the most graceful person when demonstrating. I wasn't impressed. I came back for another session and it was the same nice enough check in process. Then kyle took me back again. This time he did some revisiting of the original assessments. Then he introduced some new exercises. They were easy enough. Once again I was less than impressed with his demonstration skills. While I was performing the exercises I received no coaching or guidance. My therapist just typed away on their computer with little to no feedback verbalized to me. The final straw was when I had to reschedule my appointment the day of, and they told me It would be a $75 fee. The only reason I had to reschedule is because I'm a hairdresser and one of my clients had a family emergency which pushed her appointment back so I wouldn't make it to my therapy appointment. If you're looking to get back to every day life after a surgery, then this might be a good fit. If you're an athlete looking to get back to athletics, I think you may be slightly disappointed.

Finally i made an appointment with Dr. Aaron Snyder and was very thoroughly evaluated. My recovery was based on strengthening areas of my body which for years even as a yogi were not utilized correctly, and overcompensated for with other areas. It was brought to my attention that my core needed improvement to protect my back. After each session I was provided specific exercises, and these exercises were cumulative and more were added as I progressed. It was also brought to my attention slight changes to my walking style, and the goals established were not just short term recovery, and injury prevention, but also long term body sustainability. It has been six weeks of absolutely no return of any previous issues, and I am continuing the exercise routine at home. This has brought awareness to my areas of weakness, corrected it, and in fact I feel I am stronger. As a middle age person, I feel unconditionally that Dr. Aaron's diagnosis and recommendations will enable me to age better in the future. Anyone who is questioning a functionality with their body would be well advised to consult with Thrive, and determine if the concern can be corrected.

I was dealing with chronic hip and back pain on one side of my body from multiple sports injuries. Pain ranged from a 5-8 and made sleep and daily life difficult. Before Pro+Kinetix, I tried traditional PT and chiropractic work. PT felt outdated and boring, and chiropractic care was more of a temporary fix. I found Pro+Kinetix through Instagram and the scheduling process was smooth from the start. I chose them because they clearly focus on active individuals who want to get back to performing at a high level. Working with Kyle has been a completely different experience. He is highly educated but also very active himself, which gave me confidence right away. The program was personalized, he listened to my feedback, and he kept me accountable. The staff and overall experience are top notch. Even Buddy, their mascot and director of morale, adds to the environment. Now my pain is almost nonexistent. It's down to a 1-2 at worst; after long, sedentary days, which would have been unbearable before. This is not your average PT office. It's by far the best experience I've had, with the best results. Thank you Kyle!

I initially tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, and even submitted the online contact form, but never received a response. After getting no reply, I decided to stop by in person. Unfortunately, my interaction at the front desk was not a positive one. Rather than acknowledging the possibility that my messages may not have been received or returned, the receptionist seemed more focused on questioning whether I had called the correct number, whether I had left a message, and whether I had only called that same day. I repeatedly explained that I had contacted the office multiple times through different methods, but I felt like my concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed. Because so much of the conversation was focused on questioning whether I had actually tried to contact the office, I eventually told her that I had even stood outside the office and called while she was inside, and the phone still was not answered. At that point, it was clear that I was spending more time trying to prove that I had attempted to make contact than discussing how to schedule an appointment. What stood out most was the lack of accountability and customer service. When someone takes the time to call, leave messages, submit an online form, and then physically come into the office, the response should be to help solve the problem not to make the person feel as though they need to prove they attempted to make contact. In the end, the difficulty I experienced just trying to schedule an appointment made me decide to look elsewhere. If the scheduling process is this challenging before becoming a patient, it did not give me confidence in what the overall experience would be like. The front admin need corrective training because this seems to be an on going issue. Adding a photo of the times I called since it's clear the staff was heavily focused on whether or not I did try to contact them more than once.
