She will also need to go to PT after it starts healing which Dr kaska said to her that will be over kill. He was rude and didn't give us the time of day. The front office staff were very kind. But that was the worst experience we have ever had with a Dr.

Over the past several years I have seen several physical therapists in search of relief. I have also tried chiropractic, active release therapy, spinal rehab, acupuncture, massage, epidural. I have tried everything to get substantive relief. I was getting really frustrated and tired of being in pain all the time, and nothing was working. Out of frustration I decided to try physical therapy outside of the physical therapists my work comp would pay for, and I contacted Elite Concepts where I paid on my own. I'm so glad I did! Leslie really took the time to look into my specific pain. Through some trial and error we worked through my symptoms. She really seemed to care. She would contact me throughout the week to see how my symptoms were. We worked together to figure out a specific treatment as it related to me. Over about a month and a half I made more progress working with Leslie than I have made in over two-years, going to everyone I could to try to get relief. She really is a professional in this field and has a passion it. She taught me how to manage my symptoms, and since seeing her I have returned to full activity. Plus the bone was broken above the next lower joint which she also addressed I tell ya it was so demolished but somehow she has put it all back together I can hardly believe what an amazing job she has done! I wish now I had taken photos of my finger as it was just dangling backwards ....just flopping around hardly connected at all! I thought for sure I would lose it But now less than 4 weeks since the accident with all the exterior stitches out ? I have full feeling! The skin is probably over 80% healed back together I still have my finger! I thought sure I was just going to have a horrible stump end shorty finger but from the best angles already? if you squint? you can barely tell Dont get me wrong there is still lots of healing to do and I still have 3 K wires sticking out of my finger tip that she used to stabilise the broken bone but I am just blown away at her EXCELLENT work! I do have pics when it was still pretty fresh with the stitches etc so maybe I will post those and pics when I (hopefully) get these wires out in less than 2 weeks! I know it is going to take time and PT to get full use back but I am really pretty confident it is going to work out just based on how beautiful a job she obviously has done! The last we heard from them was a voice mail saying they were still looking into it. Today we just received a letter threatening to send us to "an outside collection agency." The amount is only $60.00 and we have already wasted too much time dealing with them. It is no longer worth having further discussions. Unfortunately my surgery was not a smashing success. I have prolonged symptoms and being treaded under Worker's Compensation which does not make it any easier.... (I ran for an AED to save someone's life and hurt my knee...) Dr. Nugyen, by a long shot -- is the most sophisticated, educated, capable, knowledgeable and compassionate PT I have ever worked with. She somehow knows most of the existing clients' names! I wish there were more people in the workforce as competent and friendly as Corrin. I only saw a PT for 30 minutes the first visit. the next three were for less than 10 minutes if even. Mostly spent time with a delightful assistant for the same exercises. unfortunately, my pain just increased the more I came. Very nice receptionist. I'm sure the PTs aren't bad. They just don't have time to see patients and must be over booked and owner just sees $$$ not true care. No wonder they can't keep a PT to work there. My new PT sees each patient 30 minutes and then maybe an assistant after. Amazing when owner PT company cares!!!
