Pre assessment is easy with online surveys easy to complete. Location is easy to find with lots of parking next to the building marked with signs. Upon entering the clinic, it is bright and clean. The friendly receptionist, Dani, was able to quickly assist me in completing my profile. The PT assigned to me is Dr Kim. She is very kind and listened to my case and ask meaningful questions to help target a specific technique that can help my pain. A thorough evaluation and exam helped to pinpoint that there are ways to help improve my situation. Her calm manner instills confidence in me. I am looking forward to seeing how this will help me to improve my situation. She was recommended to me when I had concerns about my child's tendency to gag while learning to eat and my own anxiety about choking. She always made both of us feel safe and never rushed. She is so genuinely enthusiastic about what she does and always paid such careful attention to my child's chewing patterns to determine whether there was any other issue that we needed to be concerned about. I was told by Jenny that Records Department Manger had only been employed a week this location and wasn't there today. I requested for Administration to give me a return call. At 4:49 pm on 2/2/2026 I didn't receive a return call. 6 hours later so I called again to no avail. On 2/3/2026, I called again at 1pm requesting to speak to Records Manager. At this time Jenny told me Records Manager was in meeting all day and couldn't return my call. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. The family is desperately requesting records for their loved one. This is requarding a precious like that was lost and facility is displaying NO concern or consideration for the family. I have had physical therapy elsewhere in years past and I am a retired physician. I have significant osteoarthritis. Jim is, without a doubt, the best, most knowledgeable physical therapist provider I have ever met or worked with. He knows exactly what he is doing, can communicate wonderfully about musculoskeletal problems and pain and is a wizard with his fingertips. He has extensive knowledge of human anatomy. I NEVER thought that I would be relieved of my pain or get back to exercising. I am 68 and now am thrilled that the muscle and tendon pain and tightness that came with aging and long term exercise has been eliminated. When it does creep up on me again, I know exactly how to deal with it. I am back to the wonderful exercising I love to do and am sleeping with minimal pain.
