I was referred to Longevity Physical Therapy by my orthopedist eight months after sustaining a dislocated kneecap. My therapist, Giovanna, guided me through exercises I was able to do, giving me the courage to use my knee more to strengthen it and its surrounding muscles. I experienced many breakthroughs throughout the four months of therapy and at-home exercises I was assigned to, the exercises increasing in difficulty as my knee became stronger. There were even evaluations that showed how much my knee had progressed! Giovanna was attentive to detail, patient in showing and correcting me through exercises, and open to any questions or concerns I had about my knee and exercises. Plus, the receptionists, Liv and Sabrina, were very friendly and happy to answer any questions and explained the next steps while waiting for insurance approval. I don't think I would be back to my regular recreational activities without Longevity! I'm forever grateful for Giovanna and the rest of the team at Longevity! :)

Unfortunately my surgery was not a smashing success. I have prolonged symptoms and being treaded under Worker's Compensation which does not make it any easier.... (I ran for an AED to save someone's life and hurt my knee...) Dr. Nugyen, by a long shot -- is the most sophisticated, educated, capable, knowledgeable and compassionate PT I have ever worked with. I had quite a bit of PT in my days, -- and frankly lost belief in PT. Dr. Nugyen though, single-handedly, turned my belief into his profession around. I have never met a friendlier or more competent receptionist than Corrin. She makes it easy to change appointments and greets every new client warmly. She somehow knows most of the existing clients' names! I wish there were more people in the workforce as competent and friendly as Corrin. Over the past several years I have seen several physical therapists in search of relief. I have also tried chiropractic, active release therapy, spinal rehab, acupuncture, massage, epidural. I have tried everything to get substantive relief. I was getting really frustrated and tired of being in pain all the time, and nothing was working. Leslie really took the time to look into my specific pain. Through some trial and error we worked through my symptoms. She really seemed to care. She would contact me throughout the week to see how my symptoms were. We worked together to figure out a specific treatment as it related to me.
