This franchise will not let patients contact the billing department by phone to resolve issues quickly, and answers to my emailed questions never included a name or contact details until I threatened to complain to the Colorado Division of Insurance about their failure to resolve an insurance claim within 60 days, as required. I discovered this office contracts with an intermediary (known as American Specialty Health - ASH) that slows payment between the insurer and their office ---- sticking it to the patient by collecting way too much up front. If your insurer uses ASH --- look up the bad reviews of this outfit -- find another physical therapy provider. This one is for you and yours Matt.

I went in a wreck with several injuries and Bill took his time with each injury and worked with me until I got better. I would have never managed to get better without his help. Brad identified we weren't making progress with my hip and suspected an injury that PT wouldn't help and referred me to an orthopedic specialist. Brad was right. I have a torn labrum (identified on MRI), which is what we had suspected. I truly appreciated his honestly, professionalism and desire to help me get the appropriate care. He didn't have me keep coming just to fill spots in his schedule or collect a co-pay. He had my best interest and recovery in mind. Brad has always been clinically excellent and professional and even though I'm not looking forward to surgery I know I will get excellent PT from him during my post-op and recovery phase.
