What sets this store apart from other Wild Bill's....3 things: 1. Cigar Lounge- not every Wild Bill's has a one. This location has a cozy & well ventilated lounge. A few TVs for sports. Nice relaxing seats. Complimentary water and coffee. Just don't be a dirtbag...buy a stick from here if you're going to use the lounge. 2. Cigars- large selection of top brand cigars. Humidor is well kept. Good monthly specials. Deals are advertised on their signs, posters and website. Ask for Marlon and he'll point you to a cigar you might like. 3. Staff- Good customer service. Friendly staff. They keep the lounge and store clean and well stocked. They ask me what kind of cigars I like and point me the right way. I've been to other Wild bills locations where they pointed you to name brand stuff but not the right cigar profile. The 3rd locked up as well last night and I'd only had it 2 weeks, when they usually last a month and I keep it closed after grilling. When I took it back and voiced my concerns, I left crying by the owner, who laughed at me for being so upset . I just wanted him to make it right! He accused me of not bringing it back as soon as I had a problem (last night, not 2 weeks ago) and why didn't I bring it back last night? It tasted normal but the fact is he put his mouth on it then he put a little plastic thing on it and took another puff and again he said it was fine.
