I explained the store isn't refunding me, but I just don't want this product anymore in exchange for something else. The manager - who doesn't even show up to the store by the way - was just worried about making money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I used to come here for years for vapes and then they jacked up the prices, so I went to the gas station next door. This is my first experience back after 2 years of not being a customer, and I'm glad they reminded me why I don't shop there. Their only concern is money, and it's obvious. Very nice people. They were very friendly and helpful to me. Andy also noticed that I looked into his drink cooler and came and offered me a water. The shop is extremely pleasant - these two did a great job in designing/decorating the place. They had a lot of product available. I am a vape guy, however, if you are into tobacco or the leaf, they are well equipped to meet your needs. Regarding Vape, their prices are on par with what I usually order online, after I pay the shipping. They may not have the variety that a lot of the online e-tailers might have, however, there was plenty to choose from for my palate. I will be back to patronize them and support the local economy. Give this shop a shot. I think they will please you.
