As you drive in, I've notice that the drop down scrubbers really gave my car a good scrub! Soap and bubbles all over my car, just went she needs it most, mind you this is all from the bronze option! At the end of the wash, the dryers were BLOWs! Just what she needed to dry off, just like how I blow dry my hair after my shower haha. I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

It seems pretty cost-effective, except I've been going to a touchless car wash place for months. The experience was pretty standard. But, one of the brushes must have tilted my side view mirror because I thought it was broken at first, but it just got pushed in. So definitely double-check your vehicle before you start driving again. Also, I could not locate the vacuums to save my life, as I was looking forward to that part. They're still happy to charge the monthly membership fee, but the facility isn't being maintained the way it used to be. On my last visit, several of the vacuums weren't working, all of the air hoses that customers use to blow off water are gone, and one of the pay lanes was closed for unknown reasons. They also don't provide drying towels anymore, which used to be a nice part of the service. When you're paying for a membership every month, you expect the equipment and amenities to be available and working. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case lately. If things don't improve soon, it might be time to start looking for another drive-thru car wash that takes better care of their customers, employees and their facility.

I ended up taking it off and it still didn't work. Brenda was able to troubleshoot with me and figure out what was wrong and ultimately helped me get a new one. And the machines wash good !
