Aaron was amazing. I reached out to him because I had been sideswiped and the damage seemed minor, but we also needed our SUV washed. He said he would take a look and try to buff it out. Boy did he deliver! He was able to slot me in quickly, all over text (my preferred communication - haha) and was so flexible and responsive. His price for both the wash (what I would consider a mini detail) and the damage fix was reasonable. He was able to take whatever payment I had, and felt like you were just chatting with a friend (not a sales person). Overall he was at our place for roughly an hour or hour and a half. He had everything he needed and respected my time and attention since I was working from home. I found A1 on yelp and after a recent road trip with friends and 5 years of not being able to deep clean my car from the previous owner I felt it needed a deep interior cleaning. They were able to work around my schedule and I live in an apartment on a busy street but luckily we were able to find a spot to park my car and get it properly cleaned!
