I normally do not leave reviews like this, but I feel it is important to share my experience in hopes of getting this resolved promptly. I visited this car wash on May 29, 2026, at approximately 1:40 PM. While I was entering the wash, an employee (identified as Oli) was manually scrubbing the rear of my vehicle and accidentally knocked off the antenna cover of my car. I understand businesses often have disclaimers regarding damage caused by car wash machinery; however, this damage was not caused by the machine itself. It occurred as a direct result of an employee's actions before the wash even began. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly because the replacement part is expensive, and I believe businesses should take accountability when employee-related damage occurs. I am hoping management will contact me promptly so we can reach a fair resolution. I will gladly update this review once the issue is addressed. read more

I had bird poop on my hood and tree droppings on my wind shield and a man by the name of Nubar went the extra mile to make sure those areas were cleaned spotless. The monthly membership is definitely worth it! All of the features at the vacuum are great! Vacuums are actually strong - I have a golden retriever that sheds a lot and other spots don't always get all the hair from the carpet, here it is no problem. They even have towels to use to dry your car for free use, which is super convenient! The place always nice and clean and the staff is always super kind and gives amazing customer service! He went above and beyond by taping my bumper and side panels so they wouldn't get damaged and even washed it before I went into the car wash...I don't usually go into a express car wash because then after the drier doesn't get all the water but they give you towels after so you can clean those extra spots so that was real cool!!....I didn't get a vacuum done because i had already done it...Overall i had a great experience! read more

A lot has changed in the car wash especially owners since the last time I was here. This car wash is now a self service was. Prior to entering the car wash cycle a gentleman stubs your car to make sure it's clean and all the stuck on Grime comes off. Once the car come out of the cycle the gentleman helps you dry the car .The vacuuming suction is strong and sucks all the dust off. read more

When I brought this the the older guy who was in charge attention he replied with " if you wanted that off you should of told me." Took my girlfriends car in to get washed, paid for the $22.99 wash, expecting it to be a little better than the cheaper options. But when the car was finished we noticed a lot of dirty spots still on the car. As well as dirt and trash still on the carpets. I've gotten better washes at a gas station drive thru. I tipped the guys $10 and mentioned to the owner (I'm assuming) that there was a lot of scuffs still on the car, his response was "why didn't you tell me you wanted that out?" I assumed getting rid of that was part of the wash. So my girlfriend told him it just needs to be wiped down with a rag so he went and got a rag, gave it to her to do herself and walked away. I just bought a used SUV and the previous owner wasn't a stickler for cleaning, perhaps they didn't own a vacuum, or rags and couldn't find paper towels cheap enough. Plus it had been sitting for a while. For $65 these guys did a great job cleaning the interior and did very well on the exterior. There's a lot of water-spotting and some peeling clear coat. Even the windows have water spots. If you expect that to get handled for $65 you don't know anything about cars and shouldn't be posting reviews. My first experience with this place was all good except for the time estimate. Don't tell me it'll take an hour when it's gonna take 2-1/4. I understand that it would cut into sales, but here's a tip: I left, you had my phone number so call and say 'We're trying to do a really complete job so it's gonna take a bit longer'. I should have known better than to go to a car wash with three stars. I was sold on the $69 package, and was told it would look like a mirror afterwards. I'd have been upset about the wash I received if I'd paid $20, and this was triple that. I guess I'll start with the good - the exterior paint was cleaned and supposedly waxed. The tires were armor all'd as advertised. The Bad: This awful wash took an hour. The dash was cleaned and armor all'd, but the center console and leather seats were not even cleaned. There was sticky residue from a spill earlier this week left on the console, and dirt on the arm rest that came off from rubbing it with a wet towel. I opened the trunk to find they didn't even pop the trunk to wash the edges of the paint, and dirt was left around the trunk. The chrome wheels have visible blemishes on them that, again, come off with the rub of a licked thumb. We visited on Saturday, so we expected it to be busy. The gentleman who meets you in line to help you pick a wash package wasn't the friendliest and had me get out of my car to view the air freshener options instead of just telling me the options. The vacuuming guy did a great job as our van was pretty filthy from our recent camping trip. There is a small store inside where you pay for your car wash, that contained snack, beverages and car accessories. There is a waiting room with a claw game and massage chair for while you wait.
