What makes this experience even more remarkable is that Kelly wasn't even associated with the location where my unit is. It was in another state, yet she treated my situation as if I were her own. This wasn't the first time I'd worked with Kelly. When this issue came up, I first reached out to my local storage facility, but unfortunately I had the same experience as before. I didn't feel like my concerns were being heard or that anyone was taking ownership of the situation. I immediately remembered how Kelly had helped me the last time, so I actually went back through my old emails just to find her contact information. I never questioned whether she would be willing to help or have the answers. Based on my previous experience with her, I already knew I was in good hands. Once again, she proved me right. From the moment we spoke, Kelly made me feel like I was her one and only customer. She listened with genuine empathy, stayed engaged every step of the way, followed through on everything she said, and worked tirelessly to help me find a solution. She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, and that level of care is something you simply don't see very often anymore. People may forget what was said or how a problem was solved, but they never forget how someone made them feel. Because of Kelly, what could have been another frustrating experience became one I'll always remember for the right reasons. Her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to helping others are truly exceptional. She is an incredible asset to your company, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
