We placed our order online and it said it should be done by 6:20 and we did not receive our food until 640. That was the first issue of that we've had with this place. The second issue we have is it feels like they dropped their pepper shaker in our food because it is so peppery that it's hard to eat. even without the pepper issue, the sandwiches are nothing to rave about. Seeing that two steak and cheese sandwiches and a breakfast sandwich total more than $50 before tip Is astonishing. As soon as I called to place my order I was greeted with a friendly hospitable smile over the phone. The lady who took my order was very helpful and answered my many questions. I have ordered from this establishment 3 times so far. I enjoyed the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich so much I ordered it each time. The second time, I ordered it on a sub and it was extremely salty and just didn't have the appropriate meat to cheese to egg ratio like the smaller Kaiser roll sandwich did. I will stick to that the next time I order. The cheesesteak is good and tasty. I just wish the peppers and onions were cooked more. That is a preference thing that I know can be adjusted If I ordered in person but I ordered via DoorDash and didn't have that option. The French fries were a decent mix of crispy and soggy with enough salt. My husband and I enjoy this mix because he prefers crispy and I prefer soggy. I am being generous with this review and do not want to knock it to hard because we have only tried it once. We got the breakfast sub and man was it SUB par (pun actually not intended here) The bacon was chewy and the sandwich itself was just bland. We only ate half of our full sized sub. Even a pinch of salt or something would have brought the flavor out. The onion rings were also chewy. I am giving it a 3 for now due to it being one trip. They are actually located on 301 north of Big Bend on the West side of the street. They are in the marathon gas station lot with a barbecue and Mexican food place. The food was fresh and tasty. I got a steak egg and cheese sub and it reminded me of the subs I would get up north while growing up. Finally a great place to get a good sub! read more
