Everyone we interacted with was kind, courteous, and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, the food was very underwhelming. We ordered the burger with mac & cheese, a French dip sandwich, biscuits and gravy, chili cheese fries, zucchini fries, and drinks for two adults and two kids. None of us finished our meals. My son's mac & cheese had a pool of oil underneath it, the biscuits and gravy left a greasy film on the roof of our mouths, the cheese on the chili cheese fries tasted very artificial, and the zucchini fries were slimy. I also found a piece of brown paper in my food. I showed it to the staff, and they apologized. They told me they would remove the meal from the bill and even offered me a cinnamon roll for the inconvenience, which I initially accepted because I appreciated the gesture. However, when I went to pay, I realized they had only discounted the meal by half instead of removing it entirely. At that point, everything kind of fell apart for me. I no longer wanted the cinnamon roll because I was genuinely disappointed with the entire experience. I didn't argue about it because the staff had been very kind, it had already taken quite a while just to pay, and I needed to leave. Another surprise was the pricing. The menu made it seem like the meals came with a side, but we were charged separately for each one. The drinks were around $4 each, even for the kids. Our total came to $73 before the partial discount and was still about $65 afterward. I understand this isn't meant to be gourmet dining, and I'm usually perfectly happy with simple diner food if it tastes good. Unfortunately, this just didn't. It was one of those meals where you leave thinking, "Well, I ate," but not feeling like you actually enjoyed it. For the price, it was especially disappointing. I honestly feel like we could have had a better meal almost anywhere else for less money even somewhere like McDonald's, and I'm not a fan of McDonald's. I truly appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff were, which is why I'm giving more than one star. I just hope the food quality and value improve because the service deserves better than the food that's being served.

I'm a pilot living in Phoenix, so flying in to Ryan Airfield and having a restaurant at the airport is very convenient. The time I went for lunch (about two weeks ago), I ordered their Manhattan Club sandwich with a side of tater tots. The sandwich was massive, but also delicious! The tater tots were crispy and freshly made. The time I went for breakfast (this past weekend), I ordered their breakfast burrito and some coffee. When ordering the burrito, you get a choice of what type of meat, potato, and cheese you want. I went with chorizo and tater tots. My waitress recommended pepper jack with that combo, so I went with that. The burrito did not disappoint. It was a good size and tasted amazing. Between both visits, the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of good options on the menu, so I asked for recommendations, which they happily gave. They were also incredibly patient when I was struggling to decide what to order, so thank you! I also like how the restaurant is aviation themed. There's model airplanes all over as well as pictures of all kinds of planes. The view of the airport is nice too! I'd say it's a good place to eat at whether you're flying or driving :)

The first one involved getting getting food cold and waiting until over halfway through the meal for at shake to show up and it wasn't even blended completely. There were large chunks of unblended ice cream in it. Now for tonight. We got there and they were fairly busy. They got us seated in a reasonable amount of time. We were at our table long enough to figure out what we wanted before the server came to ask us for our drinks so we ordered everything together. Queue a 30-minute wait. We got one refill and a promise it was going to 'be up in a couple of minutes'. We waited another 10 before deciding to leave. The order FINALLY came up as we were getting to the counter to play for the drinks (which they didn't offer to comp), so they asked us if we wanted it bagged up to take home. We said yes they bagged it up, charged us full price, and when we got home the role for the salad had been crushed. The chicken on the salad was cold. The onions rings with the tuna melt were old and gummy. If this is the service and quality of food we can expect from Little Anthony's now, we won't be coming back. It is very sad to see such a great place lose their touch.

This place was and is still 5+ stars. I have never had a bad meal here - seriously! Whether it's breakfast, dinner, something in between or after, the food and drinks are quality and consistent. I continue to love their fried green tomato sandwich. I recently had their jackfruit "carnitas" torta which literally blew me away (Life Pro Trip: Save any leftover jackfruit and put it in a breakfast burrito. You can thank me later!). Their mac n cheese is bomb. The nopales fries (made with masa) are to die for. My favorite though? Breakfast. I'm pretty sure I come here once or twice a month for breakfast. It's a real treat! The coffee is delicious too. I love coming in and being greeted by friendly, familiar aces. My partner and I come in so often for breakfast that the morning-staff basically already know our orders (if you're reading this, we're the "french omelette w/ smoked salmon, sub hash browns for salad" couple!). If it isn't already obvious, I love this place. And the staff. With all my heart. Please never stop doing what you're doing!!
