Clean , friendly tv with subtitles because I am Deaf. Friendly staff there and out to help everyone

I had some time before my check in at the hotel, so I thought I would go and do some laundry. This place was right down the street from my hotel so I thought, why not? Let's stop in and see what they have to offer. This place is run by an elderly couple who were super nice and friendly. All I had was my debit card so I asked her if I could buy a tide pod off of her for the wash. I told her all I had was a debit card and she said it would cost me more to ring up that sale. So here just take the Tide pod. She was super nice and friendly. I could tell this was going to be a nice adventure. Had a little bit of trouble getting the machine to take my credit card, but the nice lady behind the counter said that sometimes they can be a little finicky. So she came over and we got the issue fixed. I have to say, this had one of the nicest seating areas I've ever seen in any laundromat. Literally four couches, two easy chairs and plenty of other seating options. The nice part about this visit is it was quick. 28 minutes to wash, 45 to dry, so I was out of there in a little over an hour. It was just perfect Bottom line? If I'm ever in Post Falls again I will absolutely do my laundry here. The place was clean, the people were very friendly, and it got the job done in record time. read more

Being full time RVr's, I always do my research before finding a laundromat. This one had really great reviews, and it did not disappoint. It was a super clean place and the girls working were friendly. Not to mention the washers and dryers worked so well! We will definitely be back to this one if we're in the area again. read more

Love how an employee of twenty years of age , tried to tell me how I should be washing my washable area rug and I explained it was a washable rug, was making sure we had the correct machine and she talked down to me, proceeded to tell me how to wash my rug, I explained that I was fine and knew how to wash since I am a 50 year woman. She proceeded to argued with me on it, I said last time I checked I was the customer and she said came back with more comments! I will never return.. I used the dry cleaning service for years with my own business and will not be a returning customer ever! place was dirty ! read more

Cindy keeps this place so clean and fresh, I drive 45 minutes just to go here. Great washers and dryers.

Not the most fancy but it's clean and has good prices! That's what matters to me! I would definitely recommend it if you need to do some laundry. They also have laundry services if you prefer that. read more

We stopped by here to do laundry while on an RV trip to Silverwood. We were able to pull the 32 footer up along the front without blocking anyone. As for the laundromat It is clean, has comfortable couches and chairs. It also has a desk where you can buy detergent by the pod or gallon. It was clean, convenient and managed well. Restroom was also clean and smelled nice. A few machines were out of order, but they were clearly marked. We will return on our next visit thru! read more

They have a disc shop also where Marc was very knowledgeable of the nearby courses showing us on a map how to get there.They have a great selection of discs and awesome customer service. We will definitely be back before our visit is over. read more

Im always coming here to do my laundry. Their prices are the best in town especially in comparison to the new laundromat by the dollar store. This place is the best. I've never had a hassle with anyone, they have coffee and a great play area for kiddos. They've been here forever and their hours are great. 5 stars all the way read more

I went in to do a load because my washer didn't work that day . Very nice people . Told me about all the Deals . On Tuesday there is a discount and there is a program you can sign up for online to earn points for additional discounts . Put $20 on your wash card and get an instant additional $2 . ( and then just use whenever you'd like. A bunch of cool money saving programs . And in addition there is a Touchless Carwash and a Self Car Wash. Relaxing Couches , A Tv , newspapers . Great place, where you can clean your ride and your clothes comprehensively and inexpensively. You can ask for a damp towel for the interior of your vehicle; chances are you might be given a dash cleaner wipe or two. These are handy to have on board for quick cleaning later. Every size of washer and dryer is available, from regular to effing enormous. I've moved away, and have items I wish I had washed while I lived there. I'm not sure when or where I'll find big machines that can handle the job. Costs are low too. Drying in some places costs 2-3x the price of washing the load. Here you can combine a couple of loads and dry them in one cycle for less than the cost of the dryer sheets in some places. You can also expand your knowledge of all things related to discs while your clothes spin. I will miss this place at least as much as any other business in Post Falls. They're unique in my experience. read more

Stopped in here to do a quick couple loads. Machines are all card pay, but business has free day use cards. Also sell laundry detergent by the bottle or individual detergent pods, depending on your need. Fabric softener/dryer sheets available as well. Most machines were in working order (or clearly marked as our of order) and had a selection to choose from (high capacity, standard, etc). Machines I used worked as expected. Received refund of extra funds I had on the card but did not use. I'd definitely use them again. read more

Really nice laundry mat. There is always an attendant there and they offer tvs to watch on a comfortable couch. It is clean and so are the bathrooms. Good washers and dryers. Just a nice laundry mat when you don't have a washer and dryer at home. read more

My comforter came out covered in oil! Went in to wash my king size white comforter as it doesn't fit in my apartment size washer. It washed nicely however when I went to pull it out of the dryer it was covered in black oil!! I went to the laundry attendants immediately and which he appointed to the sign that said it wasn't their responsibility. Said he was doing me a favor by rewashing it for free for me. When I went to get the change that I was owed from the credit card thing they make you buy to use on their equipment. He gave me back $4.50, I said "Oh" Sean the attendance that day started shaking while he Yelled at me! Saying he didn't have to rewash my comforter if he didn't want to...... In which I replied " all I said was Ohhh!" needless to say not the best experience and I won't be washing my clothes here again. read more

Really love this shop. I live 25 min away in Spokane, and prefer the half hour scenic drive than to pay anyone else for shipping. Jack and his team are awesome and super nice. Have gotten quite a few discs from here. And got an amazing deal on a Zuca AT Cart. I appreciate it them. And they do a lot for our dg community. read more

Nice atmosphere and clean store. Nice variety of washing machines. Very disappointed in dryer efficiency...used 4 and each one took almost an hour to dry. My dress shirts (normally taking only 10 min.) took 25 minutes and the collars were still damp! No, I did NOT overstuff the machines. Because of this, I won't come back. read more
