Just moved to the area and for the short-term I am in the RV Park. While I lucked out finding a spot, they don't have laundry services there. Finding Pur Laundry on the way to work was perfect. I used the drop off service and was quite pleased with the price and how quickly the turn around was. Tasha was pleasant and assured me even my working/dress clothes would be treated with care. I don't use dry cleaners due to the chemicals that they use. So having my work clothes treated well is important. Whatever they used ( I asked for hypoallergenic products be used) left the clothes smelling great and soft. I noticed that the cat hair was not sticking to the clothes as it had in the past. When I asked Tasha about it when I dropped off my next bag of laundry, she had used a product to help reduce pet hair sticking to clothes. I appreciated that she understood how important my work clothes were and made sure they looked their best. I doubt even if I get a house or an apartment that I will do my own laundry again. The price and quality service provided here are excellent. I don't have to do my hated task of laundry and constantly worry about how my clothes look. read more

When the belt broke on my dryer this weekend and I had a load of wet clothes waiting with all our wet clothes from going to the river I needed to find a laundromat. Pur Laundry came up on a search and had high reviews. I packed all the wet stuff up and headed there. The parking lot seemed full but I went in anyways. I am so glad I did! While there were quite a few people there, many machines ( both washers and dryers) were open to use. In my flustered state I completely forgot the soap and fabric softener. Tasha was helpful as I bought them from here. She even told me how to get the wet river smell out of the clothes without washing them twice, which is what I normally do. Thanks Tasha! The clothes smell great, I didn't spend half as much as I expected, and I got them all done before work tomorrow! read more

Since our dryer went out and everything is crazy with end of school and the start of summer I have taken advantage of the drop off service here. Tasha was actually able to get a stain out that I couldn't. It is my son's fav shirt and I warned him (since he didn't tell me about it so I could pretreat it) the shirt was probably a goner. However, she was able to get the stain out and made my son's day when I bought it home. The drop off service is reasonable and turn around is amazing. I am not sure if I will go back to doing clothes like I was. The time I save is amazing. The dress clothes for my husband comes out wrinkle free, hung, and bagged. read more

I can't thank Tasha enough or helping with my stuffie bath detail. Kid was sick and had to have their stuffies there with them. Well, let's just say they were decorated with throw up and needed to be washed. The 2 large black bags of stuffies were going to take me a week to do with our washer and dryer. Tasha helped me find the washers and dryers I needed. Gave me some advice on what products to use. I was maybe there a little over 2 hours. Amazingly they were all dry, had no stains, and come out smelling great. I came home a hero since the stuffie horde could be put back on the bed. read more

I am very Familiar with Pur Laundry as I live near Seattle. While traveling this past week I needed clean laundry. I WAS SO OVER THE MOON! there was a Pur Laundry here also. I was a little worried it was not going to be like the one at home. Vicky was there on a step stool smiling, and scrubbing a washer. I instantly relaxed seeing that they have just as impeccable cleaning standards at this division location as at home. Not very often have I found such high standards are met at multiple locations. If there was a Pur Laundry every place I traveled I would not have to pack so much. read more

Nice place. Uses cards instead of coin operated ones I have used in the passed. The attendant Tasha helped me get the card and to find machines that best fit my size of laundry. It was nice to have options based on the amount of clothes I had. As a college student it was surprising to not spend as much as I have been. The hours were great too. I can stop by after class, do laundry as I study, then still get to my job. I won't have to "recycle" jeans or shirts so many times now that I can afford to do my laundry more ofte. read more

A great experience every time I come in and an employee there named Sierra is an amazing employee her employers should be proud to have her as an employee always very kind sweet helpful and a hard worker. I came in to use Pur laundry today and had never used machine machines like these before. The young lady there helped me with everything. She went above and beyond and I'm so thankful. The place was very clean, and there were many washers and dryers available yet a lot of people were there. I'm happy I found a place to do my laundry while I'm without a washer and dryer of my own. I was impressed with the service from Pur Laundry on Division. They helped us clean over 50lbs of ski clothes following a school ski trip. Each interaction was kind, professional and they did a great job with cleaning many different types of winter clothing, including ski pants, gloves, coats and hats. I have a GREAT DANE! they have massive pet beds. I had not been to a laundromat for years. I walked into PUR Laundry. Tasha was smiling and could tell I needed help. We fit 3 XL FLUFFY dog beds in one washing machine for less then $20 to wash. I was floored they had such a big washing machine. My 80yr old mother told me to come here and I now understand why she sends everyone here. read more

This laundromat is fancy. I was overwhelmed will the smell of clean laundry not the sour, mildewy, wet dog smell. I got to pick the size of machine. Tasha went through all of washer setting choices and how their prepaid laundry card works. You can clean your machine before use. I have never gone to a laundromat that has this feature. Will never go any where else again. read more

This place is always clean. The attendants here are always nice. Even when someone is doing something inside like vaping - they let them know is isn't allowed inside. I was impressed when I saw Tasha do this with a customer. There was no yelling or talking down to the person. She also was very nice when my card wouldn't open up the bathroom. People that work there are awesome, equipment is high tech and there was plenty of parking and equipment to use. Bathroom was spotless. Plenty of comfortable seating. They also take every payment possible, credit, debit, EBT, cash. Oh, and their machines text you too. Pretty cool. read more
