I would avoid this place. The washers and dryers are okay so long as they're managed. Which they haven't been per my experience. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! The short overweight woman who mumbles you cant understand to save your life. And then theres her tweaker daughter who is VERY incompetent even towards the simplest of tasks. And she shows MASSIVE unnecessary attitude at nearly every turn. This place is just very white ghetto. Bad management i guess and its also overpriced. So yeah, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I came in to use Pur laundry today and had never used machine machines like these before. The young lady there helped me with everything. She went above and beyond and I'm so thankful. The place was very clean, and there were many washers and dryers available yet a lot of people were there. I'm happy I found a place to do my laundry while I'm without a washer and dryer of my own. This was a good laundry facility. Would probably give it 3.5 stars if that was an option but rounded up to 4. Pricey, but you are paying for a very nice clean facility with new machines. Place is huge, not crowded, nice bathrooms, clean, WiFi that is fast. We liked the automatic doors to the place so when your hands are full of laundry you don't need to open a door. Lots of rolling carts, lots of machines, plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of seating. Some comfy chairs and side tables and also stools with counter seating. There are usb ports but no regular outlets to plug in my laptop unfortunately. The machines that are supposed to handle two loads are actually small and really only handle one load. If you ask for warm water, heavy duty or extra rinse there are extra charges. So the prices listed on signage is only the starting point for the cost of a load. I think this place was designed by a tall person because I couldn't see inside the receptacles on the top of the machine where you put detergent and fabric softener. The dryers also, my arms were not long enough to get into the back of the machines to get my laundry out when it was dry. Maybe they need step stools for normal sized humans. Additionally, they charge you 0.55 cents for 9 minutes on the dryer, but there is no where posted how long it takes to dry your clothes. So you kind of just have to guess. You also have to buy a plastic credit card for the place via their vending machine to put credit on it to do your laundry. The card itself will cost you $1. Then you have to load it with a dollar amount from your credit card. So it's tricky if you are only going to be here one time, you will most likely be left with a balance on the ridiculous card that you will never be able to use. Seems wasteful. Other laundromats allow you to just use your cc at the machines or an app and that would be preferable. I've been to places where you can just use Apple Pay right off your phone to pay at the machine and that is really my preference. read more

TLDR: top tier laundering with soft water washes best for bulky or delicate items, or higher end clothes. Can get pricey but you get what you pay for and this place delivers. Long: If you have bulky/big items like comforters/bed clothes, washable carpets or if you have lots of items like banquet tablecloths this is THE place to bring them, hands down and no competition. It's 5 stars in this regard. They got giant high efficiency machines that will handle the bulk without issue and properly launder these items without risk of ruin. The soft water and shorter cycles are perfect if you have higher end clothes that can easily get destroyed or worn by harsher washes. Think church or work clothes or evening attire/club wear. It's pricier but worth it to extend the life of your more expensive clothes. This place is immaculate and managed by a tireless, hard working manager named Tasha who is kind, friendly, and helpful. You feel like she genuinely cares. She walks you through how best to use the machines and makes recommendations for your laundry goals. There are a couple reasons I'm rating this a 4 and not a 5, and they're not going to be deal breakers for most. If you're short statured like me and have short arms and legs, the washers and top dryers can be a challenge to use. It's hard to put the soap in (on top of the washers) and where to put soap etc is not well labeled or obvious in the absence of explanation. Also, while the soft water is truly excellent for delicate items or items that require extra or special care, it's not super great for tough soils on regular non fancy clothes. Your clothes will be soft and technically be clean but they might not look gleaming clean, even if you pretreat the soils. This isn't the cheapest wash either. Pay attention the laundry basket logo where it says Washer Capacity. Baskets = loads=$$. If you get here at a busy time then the small washers are all gonna be full. If you decide to use one of the 6 laundry basket machines then know that's gonna be an expensive wash. Make sure you can fill to capacity so you're not paying $12.95 for a two load wash. All that said, it's a great laundromat especially if you have nice stuff you want to protect. I recommend. read more

I never thought I'd give a 5 star review for a laundromat but after traveling the country in a motorhome (yes, I have a washer and dryer, just no sewer where we are staying) and going to several different laundromats, these place is amazing. Very clean, new, fast and working machines and Ashley had amazing customer service. You load a card and it's used for everything, even the restroom. It made having to do laundry bearable. read more

Our washing machine broke 3 weeks ago and we're on the list for repair. We like the high capacity machines so we're not here for much more than an hour but it's very pricey IMO so this is why it's 4 stars and not 5. We like that's it's clean! But you have to PAY to use the restroom!!! Also there is only seating one one end of the facility which makes it inconvenient if the only machines available are on the other end. read more
