I feel like the value of the company is so family friendly, It really focuses on the happiness of the customers! The policy's regarding returns is fairly flexible, and very generous. As soon as I got in I was stopped by a cashier who demanded I leave my backpack in my car because it's their "policy". I said like hell it is, the Hamilton store lets me bring it in - so it's clearly not a corporate policy. Treating customers like criminals is pretty tacky.
