After 3 phone calls and several months later 2 guys showed up and worked a couple of hours and said they had to go get different splining and a scaffold. Needless to say they never showed back up. Several more weeks went by and a supervisor called to see if they had finished the job. He proceeded to finish it for them but he used the wrong spline on the door and it came out the next day.
