I have fenced with their AI bot 3-4 times and can't get a call back with results. This is simple stuff, and potentially the most important part of this process. If you will put an AI bot firewall between me and access to my medical information, I will not use you as a provider. I think that expectation is more than reasonable.

I visit the office every 3 months and it almost feels like I'm going to visit a friend rather than seeing my gyno! Typically as soon as I check in at the front desk, they will bring me back to an exam room right away (no wait!). On maybe a handful of occasions, I did have a wait but it was always less than 5 minutes. I am usually in and out of the office within 30 minutes, and within 45mins - 1hr on my annual visits. The one and only complaint I can make is that they are usually booked up 2 months in advance so I imagine it would be difficult to make an appointment for a new patient.
