The turnaround rate was alarming, everyone from the technicians to the management, to the front desk began changing. It got to the point that nearly every time I returned; I had a new technician. I am receiving services in some sensitive areas, and it was very uncomfortable to not have a technician that I have gotten to know and trust. My appointments were canceled on the day of, on two separate occasions. As much as they assure you that prolonging your appointments does not interfere with your treatments, I lost all progress in the areas that were treated. I went from seeing 30-40% hair loss/ balding to 0%. I had no choice but to begin receiving treatments at a different location. Thank you to the Pecan Ave Charlotte, NC location for being reliable.
