I just scheduled a massage appointment online,received the confirmation text, and was in the process of completing the intake process on my phone and then received a call saying that my appointment time was scheduled already and that I had to move to a different day since someone walked into the studio and had selected my chosen time later in the day for what they wanted. As a new client, this was incredibly frustrating and left a very poor first impression. I understand scheduling mishaps can happen, but I shouldn't have be the one inconvenienced especially when I was given a confirmed booking. This experience felt anything but welcoming and certainly lacked the feeling of "the customer is the priority" a spa should have...
