Christina, the Elsa performer was hands down 100% quality. She showed up on time, she was friendly, patient, gentle and kind with the kids and professional but pleasant with the adults. She interacted with all the kids, she made it a point to get photos with the birthday girl and made my niece feel incredibly special!
