I love this location! I've had horrible experience with the West St Paul (Layfette) and Roseville…read morelocation. This location is smaller and their customer service is ALWAYS up to par. The have no transaction slips because they listen to you. They get my transaction correct every time. I miss this location, I no longer work on campus so now I resort the the locations by my house and they are just garbage. I hope Affinity Plus sees the complaints and actually do something about it. I sent an email to headquarters and no responses.

The location is awesome, we love the outlet mall across the street and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and everything in working order. We love the lifestyle here and everyone is very friendly. The building is extremely safe and secure. The amenities here are too numerous to list, we use the pool and gym almost everyday. Looking forward to nice weather to enjoy all the outdoor spaces here. We highly recommend Affinity.

It wasn't difficult to find the main building but the parking was tricky as it was spread out all over in small pockets. As I wandered my way to the correct room I passed several areas where small groups were gathered to watch television, play cards, listen to live music, and meet with family. When I got to the room the care-giver was just finishing up and the three of us had a brief, but very pleasant conversation. The room was small but there was enough seating for three visitors. I liked the facility and the staff that I met were very impressive.

I came by here to see Minnehaha Falls and really enjoyed the park. There is a restaurant on site,…read morebut it wasn't open when I arrived. They also didn't have any restrooms available during my visit, (I think they were being remodeled) so there was a huge line for the porta potty on site. Not the most convenient thing so go to the restroom before you come here. The falls are beautiful, and there's a short hike down the stairs to get a view of the lower falls, but you have to crawl over a short rock wall to get closer to the falls. It's not a huge waterfall, but it's pretty. There's a short hiking trail along the stream that goes around the park. It's flat but I don't recommend it for wheelchair users. Maybe strollers can make it, but go at your own risk as I'm not sure how you could access the trail from the top. I'm sure there's a way, I just didn't explore the entire trail to find an accessible route and I had to take stairs to go down and back up.
