First of all these caregivers were so caring and concerned about who they connect you with what kind of experience they're going to provide you and just everything from the type of service to the budget to everything so that was really reassuring for me. Then I updated my information with them and they provided me. Someone called Lillie who was absolutely phenomenal. She not only showed up a little bit early because I was nervous and she kind of anticipated everything for me, but she drove me to the place in a very clean car . She was very personable. She knew exactly what she was doing. Not once did I have to say hey hold this for me pick this for me help me with this she was spot on ahead of the game and just so sweet we connected right away bless her heart. She is just such a professional and personable human being , she also was not the type of person who had to leave on time the situation extended much longer and she waited for me for that extra time which was so appreciative because I would've had to stay overnight. If I didn't have someone to help me, you know check out because you can't just Uber yourself out of a hospital so that was really very very appreciative and I felt very blessed to have someone like that.
