She is very narcissistic, disorganized and impatient. Her moods vary tremendously. She only expresses gratitude to her competition team and overlooks all the other girls! Last year the studio was first place in the Colonial Hieghts Christmas parade and the finale dance show was superb. Michelle made herself the center of attention of the finale dance, which was very inappropriate considering the abundant amount of money and time all parents had spent. She showcases herself continuously and only acknowledges her competition team. Fees have increased this year and unlike previous years do not include Christmas costumes. Fortunately new teachers have been hired. Michelle is very good with the young girls five and under but extremely impatient with older students. Her skills lack as well to keep up with the talent her students posses.

The driving instructor was generally on time. Since they are training other teens at the same time, the arrival of the instructor can be slightly delayed because of very cautious teen drivers. But overall, timing was never a problem. It was very helpful to receive a text reminder the night before each driving session. Both of our kids took their final exam (for the class portion) in the Be Safe Driving School office. The computer setup for the test was good - and mission accomplished! When I texted questions, Barbara from Be Safe Driving School answered either immediately or within an acceptable period. Our experience was great!
