I tried submitting a complaint to Weathersby Guild in Atlanta and they never got back to me. I feel like posting publicly about this incident is the only path left to try and have this flagrant disregard for safe driving addressed. I can't speak to the quality of the actual repairs, but with how he drives I expect those damaged items, claims of fraud, and additional repairs/up charges mentioned in other reviews to be a regular occurrence. Do not trust this man to transport anything you value, or to be professional/courteous if he doesn't get his way.

I purchased a power recliner over a year ago and my son broke the power mechanism by constantly sitting on the legs of the recliner. This caused the power mechanism to completely break in half. Whenever we would try to recline the chair with shift down on the right side. I searched high and low for someone that could help me repair my chair and I either got no response or was told it was not something they could assist me with. Mr Dail was immediately responsive and walked me through how to get my chair details and the maker and model and he took the steps to reach out to the maker of the chair to find out about the replacement part and how much it would be. He set the expectation that it may take some time and he gave me the price up front which alone was such a blessing because I was terrified the replacement part would cost just as much as my chair. When the part came in he immediately reached out and scheduled me and showed up exactly when he said he would and he was RIGHT on time. He was extremely professional and friendly and down to earth. Not only did he take his time replacing the power mechanism but he also assisted my husband with placing the chair back on some risers that allow the chair to sit up higher.
