The girl did not know what she was doing. She was not trained however she did put the arrangement together nicely where she messed up is she cut the strings way too short because it matched up with the shortest string is what she told me, but these strings were so short. It looked ridiculous. Then they tell me I have to pay for a weight because they ran out of clips. I said I'm not doing that because I'm not paying for a weight. You're gonna have to find something that's equivalent. The manager came over. They found a clip put the clip on there. I said thank you and left. I didn't get a you're welcome a nod a hand wave nothing I was not rude or disrespectful. I simply said you're gonna have to do something that replaces the clip because giving it to me with just a string is not OK. Customer service has to be better. Don't take a personal understand. You have to do your job. I gave it to you because the arrangement she did was nice and for my understanding, she didn't know how to do an arrangement but her customer service skills, including the manager is not up to par.

I called the number and asked if they had any availability for the two of us and the lady on the line was very helpful on getting our reservation. Upon arrival we were directed to wash our hands with soap and water, then we could proceed to choose our item that we wanted to paint. We'd let the lady know what we were interested in painting and they'd rinse the item with water. They showed us all the colors of paint and instructed us on how many coats of paint we'd need to brighten the color. After we completed, we gave wrote down our number and less than a week later. They came out wonderful! The cost was more than understandable for the items to paint, colors, and quality of service. We had an amazing time and will for sure be back again!

No baskets or carts available so we walked around as best as we could to check out this year's holiday displays. After about 30 minutes and our arms filled with treasures, we obviously needed a cart so I went searching for one at the front of the store. Jackpot! Two carts returned so my daughter and I were able to comfortably move our things into one cart. It's a large store with too many fun things to look at and want. I truly wish there was a store closer to us. My receipt said my checker was Danielle W. She was exceptionally happy and filled with smiles. She was also kind enough to wrap our breakables before putting them in a bag. I appreciated her cheerful demeanor in spite of the huge crowds she must have been seeing all day. Originally we purchased the B38 but had a slightly manufacturers defect and decided to trade it for an upgraded machine. Adina and Paul are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. They took the time to answer our questions and made the whole experience enjoyable. We live over in Lodi and drive more than an hour to get there, but it is absolutely worth the trip! Great selection, great people, and amazing customer service.
